My first post out of the sandbox!!

52M and I let a lot of injuries and lazines push my weight from 195 - 240 since 2020. I see that there is another post about stacking but I wanted to go into more details and chart some progress for anyone who is interested. My goal is to reduce weight to 190 and then recomp back up to 200.

I begin this new journey with 1 week of clean whole food eating just to prove to myself that I could formulate a nutrition plan, that the GLp1s would just be a tool and I would be doing the heaving lifting. The week of Nov 9th I meal prepped and ate 1400 calories a day, with each meal being protein forward. For the sake of tracking I called this week 0. Let me give my chart.

Week 0 (11/9): 238
Week 1 (11/16): Compounded Tirz/L-Car Dose 2.5 - Weight 234.8
Week 2 (11/23): Compounded Tirz/L-Car Dose 2.5 - Weight 227.5
Week 3 (11/30): Compounded Tirz/L-Car Dose 3.0 - Weight 225.4
Week 4 (12/07): Compounded Tirz/L-Car Dose 5.0 & Reta Dose 1.5 - Weight 222.1
Week 5 (12/14): Compounded Tirz/L-Car Dose 5.0 & Reta Dose 1.5 - Weight 218.7
Week 6 (12/21): Compounded Tirz/L-Car Dose 5.0 & Reta Dose 2.0 - Weight 216.3
Week 7 (12/28): Compounded Tirz/L-Car Dose 7.5 & Reta Dose 2.0 - Weight 213.6
Week 8 (01/04): Compounded Tirz/L-Car Dose 7.5 & Reta Dose 2.0 - Weight 210.6
Week 9 (01/11): Compounded Tirz/L-Car Dose 5.0 & Reta Dose 2.0 & CJC/IPA Dose 250mcg M-F - Weight 208.4

Planned Titration:
Week 10 (11/18): Tirz 5.0 & Reta Dose 3.0 & CJC/IPA Dose 250mcg M-F
Week 11 (11/25): Tirz 5.0 & Reta Dose 3.0 & CJC/IPA Dose 250mcg M-F
Week 12 (02/01): Tirz 5.0 & Reta Dose 3.0 & CJC/IPA Dose 250mcg M-F
Week 13 (02/08): Tirz 5.0 & Reta Dose 3.0 & CJC/IPA Dose 250mcg M-F
Week 14 (02/15): Tirz 5.0 & Reta Dose 3.0 & CJC/IPA Dose 250mcg M-F
Week 15 (02/22): Tirz 5.0 & Reta Dose 3.0 & CJC/IPA Dose 250mcg M-F

Negatives:
* Week 2: Constipation, almost nothing moved for 8 days.
* Weeks 7 and 8: had severe diarrhea for 48 hours 24hrs after taking Tirz (like I could not leave 5 feet away from the bathroom, thank goodness for my bidet)
* I get a very weak headache that lasts until midday the day after taking Reta
* Decreased libido, Test came back normal for my age but I know there is a difference that I can pinpoint to the time I've been pinning myself.

Positives:
* no nausea
* no food noise (though I never had it prior)
* killed my desire to have a night cap or drink socially

Interesting:
* still getting normal hunger but nothing that is driving me to eat. This has only been occuring since week 8.
* energy is much higher now
* sleep improved slightly
* I sometimes feel a lack of motivation to get things done and have to focus on snapping out of it.

Final Thoughts:
I have not had and severe complications from stacking the two GLP1s, I actually think they are working synergically together. I know that my body does not like me going above 5 Tirz (I may be a super responder to it) but has had not problem tolerating Reta. If you're on the fence (BTW I'm not a doctor or a researcher other than conducting my own research) try it but don't jump in the deep in right away.

Go ahead and ask me any question you want.

Constipation for a week and diarrhea for two days is severe complications in my book. Seems like you may be titrating too quickly. It can get much worse though. It took me a year to get up to 10mg of tirz and now I'm stacking the tirz with 2mg of reta with good results. Looks like your goal weight is well within reach.

The Constitpation was after my 2nd shot, that was not a titration issue - my body was just sorting things out. THE move up to 7.5 was doctor recommended and I moved back down to 5.0 even though the doctor said it would eventually sort itself out. I have not had any other issues (complications).

But both of those are not considered serious and are known side-effects of the drugs.
