Hey over 50 ladies! Get in here, Let's talk

Sitting here tonight I thought about something else I wanted to ask. Anybody else have absolutely freezing feet? The rest of me is fine but my feet are so cold. Been sleeping with a heating pad for my frozen toes.
LOL my feet are cold too! I make hot/cold therapy bags that are filled with dry white rice. Throw it in the microwave for 1 minute and place it between my feet under the covers. I get uneasy falling asleep with a electric heating pad—so the heated rice bag is a win for me!

I’m 53 and on the pilgrimage with you. HW 365, CW 288, GW 199. Had bariatric surgery in 1999 and eventually gained all the weight back due to poor diet, the pandemic, and then menopause 😩 Tried Sema for 2 mos through local weight loss doc in 2023 lost about 10 lbs and experienced nausea often. Switched to Triz through Telehealth In January of 2025 and lost nothing the first 3 months and about 10 lbs total during April and May. Found this website in April and researched for about 3 weeks then placed my first grey order. Officially switched to grey in June 2025 and the scale started moving. I did experience extreme fatigue with Triz so started microdosing and added NAD which I pin 3x weekly. The energy and metabolism boost is very clean for me and I haven’t stalled. I also cycle KLOW every other month, my skin is flawless, and all those aches and pains gone! I still have saggy boobs, belly, and thighs but hell I gave birth to multiples and now over 50 so I’m giving myself grace. Y’all I feel so much better but can do better with exercising and expanding my diet. Eating mostly chicken and rice with mixed vegetables everyday. Looking forward to learning and sharing with everyone 🥰
Hello Loveandpeace! I recently started Tirz along with a microdose of sema. My inflammation has gone way down since starting this. I might do the NAD and/or KLOW. I know I'm gonna be saggy in arms, thighs and belly but my face is wrinkle free at the moment and I'd like to keep it that way.

I have some of those but for some reason I forget about them. The warming throw I have on the foot of my bed has a timer so I'm okay with it.

I didn't get the over 50 lady vibe from you Gr33dyOctopus. I don't know whats up with it. You testing it?
No, fuck that. I dont need any face cement. My girl is friends with a bunch of RN nurses and they are always shooting each other up with botox and that shits expensive. I was just seeing if anyone else sources it cheaper. Id heard about korean botox but dont know anything else aboutnit.

I prefer my face be able to make expressions (when I say fuck off, I need to look like I mean it, dammit).....but each to their own

The NAD helps a lot with the fatigue and constipation that come along with Triz
KLOW helps with the aches and pains of aging but most importantly for me is gut health. No more sensitive stomach and drinking Pepto all weekend. The hair skin and nails perk is just amazing. I get lots of compliments.
I hope they work well for you!! 🥰

53F. Started in September @ around 104kg (around 230lbs)with mounjaro on doctors advice. (prediabetes, inflammation, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, etc) Lost about 11kg till now. Currently taking 5mg.
I do weight exercises to hopefully avoid muscle loss and too much lose skin. Following dieticians advice about water and protein etc.

I turn 56 in a week. I was very active up until 49 (gym, mountain biking, martial arts) and needed a hip replacement. Then covid and some life changes smacked me good. Finally got things back in order with Tirz and Physio in 2024, and I'm starting to pick up my activity a good bit.

Walk/mobility every day, resistance train 3x week and bike 2-3x a week.

Feels good, man.

Hi ladies, I'm 53 and rocking the hot flashes. I am currently on Tirz, NAD+ and oral minoxidil. Haven't been on long enough to feel any different yet, but already researching other peps to rotate in. Looking hard at the SNAP8, I may go ahead and pull the trigger on that. Tirz has me so fatigued, I may do a switch to Reta.

Welcome! I lived in Orange Park for a few years in the 90's!
My first 6 weeks on Tirz were tough. I was so tired. 8 weeks in those symptoms are resolving. I have much more energy now!

I am glad to hear your symptoms eased, I can't wait for that. I feel like a slug right now. I hope mine do too and soon. I go to Orange Park regularly, I love this area of FL. Are you still with the Tirz?

I am currently 9 weeks in to my Tirz journey. I am planning on being on it for a long time. I have 120lbs to lose.
How long have you been on it?

I'm 3 weeks in, only 4lbs down. My appetite is pretty much in check. I eat almonds or other small proteins for lunch and really small dinner. I'm hoping to see the scale moving more soon. Trying to be patient, lol. I know slow is better, that's why I'm adding other peps. In hopes of helping the skin out. I weigh 148 as of this am. My goal is 120....seems unreachable sometimes. If I even get to 125 I'll be happy.

I hear you on life changes. I've always been heavy but I was so active till covid. Gained some during that, then I broke a vertebrae in my back and had to have surgery. More weight. I felt tired and sore all the time and my motivation was really low. The peptides are finally giving me some motivation and hope.

I'm 53. I started in April, 2025. It has been life changing for me. I initially started the GLP for my chronic inflammation. I have experimented with a lot of peptides. KLOW is my favorite and has been a staple since the beginning. I am all set with about 10 years in my freezer, so there is no excuse to ever be fat again. 😀

I take my shots on Friday evening. That helps me manage the tiredness but the tiredness was only in the first few weeks for me. (in 4 months in now)

You will definitely get there! I started at 148lbs and am now in the 121-122 range depending on the day. I’m 63 - it took me from last July until December-ish to lose the weight. Ran into major hair loss issues so I’m taking Nutrofol along with lots of vitamins that help promote hair growth, and running Klow for the past month or so. I finally think the hair shed has almost stopped and really hoping the growth kicks in quickly! I’m noticing my face looks brighter and better too. Best wishes to you!

Anybody else having sleep problems? I can't seem to regulate. I either can't get to sleep or I sleep for 10 hours. I've always had insomnia and I take nightly meds for it. I'm retired but I try to stay on a schedule close to my husband and the rest of the world. Last night it was after midnight before I fell asleep and didn't wake up till 10am. It's not super important but it's bothering me.

Thank you, congrats on your success. I just ordered klow, gonna rotate that in. My hair is already thin so anything helps at this point.

I had terrible sleep issues. I did ipamorelin, then ipamorelin with sermorelin, then sermorelin with Cjc buffered. Sleeping well, waking less, not waking up after an hour wide awake, and falling asleep isnt hours. I have done several peptides inbetween, but I believe those have been the ones that helped with sleep, still doing Cjc and sermorelin (tirz, and then nad and klow a few times a week.)

I guess I gotta admit my whoops somewhere. Might as well be here. Yesterday I didn't do my usual as far as food. Had a fairlife shake in the morning instead of my usual smoothie. Got busy and didn't have lunch. Had a salad for dinner but didn't finish it. Woke up this morning to phone calls so I drank coffee and didn't do a smoothie again. Before I know it, it's 2pm and I haven't eaten.

I got up from the couch/computer and almost passed out. Hands shaking, headache and dizzy. I'm sitting here now having a late smoothie and an electrolite drink. Lesson learned. I could do that before GLP1's and it didn't mess with me. I don't have as much in reserve as I used to so I have to eat and get nutrition.

I absolutely got my hand (and almost my head) smacked for being a dumbass

That blood sugar drop is no joke. Glad you're ok and getting in your nutrition and hydration.
