Hoping to get some input from someone with professional or personal experience with ADD. Ofc like many millennials, we grew up raw dogging our ADD. And mine is specifically ADD, I’m not hyperactive at all. But my brain is like a sack of weasels. Anyways, I function perfectly with Adderall IR. My friend told me about Vyvanse earlier this year. And I switched. It was fine for a bit and holy the brain fog hit. And is significantly getting worse. I’m exhausted, forgetting everything. The fog is so bad it feels like early onset dementia. Obviously it directly correlates to Vyvanse so I’m not concerned. Anyways. Appt next to go back to Adderall. I have to be sharp between the ears. Demanding job, teenagers etc. I’m hearing a bunch of ads regarding dopamine oxidation and ofc it’s a marketing add for a supplement so I’m certain it holds water… but what is good stack for brain health, focus, cognitive function. Would also be interesting in hearing a nice stack for quality sleep. Something that pairs lovely with the gold standard for ADD meds. Thank you in advance.
Current pins Triz/Reta cycled, AOD/IPA/TESA

I hate to break it to you, but this sounds like ADHD, especially in women. Women's hyperactivity tends to be internal as opposed to external.

Semax is sometimes recommended. Selank can help with anxiety. Both are usually taken via nasal route. This image was shared in one of the threads. More info can be found in many threads in this forum.

I have no experience with semax or selank so cant give any anecdotes on the usage.Skærmbillede 2025-12-26 kl. 19.15.49.webp

I'm ADD/ADHD, and Semax and Selank helps me A LOT.
I'm not exhausted in the afternoon, I can do stuff after work, without it being as huge as climbing mount e.
I do nasal, subq did nothing.
I'm waiting for an order for de Adamax version, supposed to be better.
There is another thread on Semax/Selank, lots of good comments.
I will be taking a break from them now, for 2 weeks, so a bit excited to see, how I will react.

People also talk about Cerebrolysin, I haven't tried, and Epitalon, I tried for 3 nights, it made sooo daytime-sleepy.

Do you have a crash at all for either?

What’s your cycle period for them? Is this the first you’re taking a break?

Iirc people take Epitalon for good sleep yes? Did you pin in the evening? And that still gives daytime sleepiness?

No crash.
I use Semax 200 mikg morning, 200 mikg at 1 p.n., Selank 1-200 morning, 1-200 at 1 p.m.
I use for 6-8 weeks, I could feel now, it was time for a break. I become anhedone.
I don't like Epitalon, it gives me very abrupt sleep, and daytime sleepy, but I do want to try again, in a very low dose like 100 mikg before bed.

Diet has helped me massively. Do you get enough micronutrients from your food? I.e. variety of foods etc?

I believe that's helped reduce my symptoms
I switched back to Adderall and the doc gave me Ambien to have more productive sleep. I feel a million times better. But no I’m not. Trying to prioritize water vitamins and protein

Have you ever researched Noopept? One of my absolute favorite nootropics delivers incredible focus, removes brain fog, improves communication and stacks perfectly with caffeine to deliver sustained results.
