Triz 60mg vials to 2.5mg

I'm restarting Triz after seveal months. I got 60mg vials instead, I believe I stopped last at 7.5mg. I was using 30mg vials back then.. I understand that the amount of BAC water is arbitrary. Based on the calculator It seems if I use 3m BAC to a 60mg vial then a 13 cc pull from that vial should yield 2.5mg. My concerns is there a min amount of BAC I need to use to dillute 60mg, also the vial capacity, I don't have an old vial lying around, to see how much I can fill it to.

You can do 3 ml or you could do 2 ml if you want and have a 30 mg concentration you can't really do more than three probably for your 60 mg bottle you can also take your 60 mg bottle split it between two bottles and then freeze half of it because if you're doing 2.5 and tit rating back up that 60 meg bottles going to be around for a long f****** time

You should be able to fit a full 3ml in the vials.

Correct, that's what I've always known, freeze powders, not reconstituted triz.

People do it. I've done it with good results, feels the same. Some peps seem to be a lot less delicate than we've been led to believe.

13 units or .13cc* or .13ml.

I like to keep my injected volume under .5ml. I typically split dose so 15mg/week would be 7.5mg/injection which is doable if it was reconstituted at 20-30mg/ml (2-3ml of bac)

The main issue will be the time it takes to go through 60mg when starting at 2.5mg/week. I have a loose theory of 3 months max time before wasting the reconstituted vial.

I also have no reservations about freezing reconstituted Tirz, once.

Tirz, not triz.

I find it much easier to recon with the numbers on the syringes in mind. If in increments of 5, 10 or 15 is easier to draw than 13. Use reverse calculator in my signature.

Be sure to check the CoA for your particular batch, and use actual mass if it's much different (+/- 5%?) from nominal.

Highest concentration I have seen for tirz was 22mg/ml from legit compounding pharmacy, don't remember wich. So, 3ml BAC should be fine for 60mg.

I have a vial of compounded at 28mg/ml, Lilly does up to 30mg/ml in their vials.

After recon, aliquot into smaller mg vials maybe 6 or so, freeze 5. I break mine in 1/3's with 3ml's bac and with overfill I'm at 23.33mg/ml which is perfect for my dose at 7.5mg's.
