Tirzepatide stackers: What's the ONE peptide you added that made the biggest difference (and the one you regret trying)?

Not noticing anything to be honest but I’ve only taken a couple of shots since coming up with the new reconstitution solution. ? I have my wife doing a 20 day run of it to see if that will improve her energy and stop some hair loss she has been having while on the TIRZ and TRT. Honestly, I think her hair loss was from the TRT. Her dumbass provider has majorly overdosed her on the testosterone! On Her last labs her total testosterone was almost 200! I don’t understand these idiots and their damn pellets! I’m pretty sure a woman shouldn’t have a testosterone at 200! I’m thinking that her hair loss is likely from the DHT effect of the testosterone. I figured getting her on some of the KLOW with the copper will likely be beneficial.
I made this for my wife to stop her hair loss years ago. I think it works, she still has her hair lol. A few years ago these were around $800 bucks. now you can get one on Amazon for around $60/70 bucks. Peek in to this on line and see if it would help out.

WTF?!?!? Bruh you are truly a mad scientist! Guess I can now show off my own latest invention, I created this just recently down in my moms basement, It uses peptides and basic kitchen oils to create real hair!1771785377946.webp

LOL. you have no IDEA what crazy things I have done in my life lol. So Octopus, Are you a scuba diver? One of my hobbies is that I'm a Tech drive and was on the Sheriff search and rescue dive team years ago. I wondered how center peptides could affect ones body under a few ATA's I know when I am congested and diving (very RARE) I will bring decongestant in a zip lock bag with me diving.

Nope, Appears you are a scuba diver though, thats freaking awesome!!! Sounds like you been at this a long time! Probably your biggest win is your invention to make sure that your wife keeps her hair! I don't have any hidden talents unfortunately, though I did put together and hosted a talent show last month, but just as an emcee not as a performer. Thats a great pic!

Well, Master of ceremonies is something for sure.
I did find this online just for the hell of it...

GHK-CU -Sublingual/Oral Mucosa Absorption: GHK-Cu is a small tripeptide (~340 Da without copper; complex is still compact), and the sublingual area has thin epithelium + rich blood vessels, allowing direct bloodstream entry and bypassing heavy first-pass liver metabolism (unlike swallowing pills). This route is used for many peptides/supplements to improve bioavailability over plain oral ingestion.
  • Sources confirm sublingual is theoretically suitable due to molecular size and mucosal permeability.
  • Troches (cheek/gum placement) are similar—some clinics describe them as providing moderate systemic availability by absorbing through oral mucosa while minimizing GI breakdown.

What are those? One I on the right looks like a pin cushion.

It's been a while, but there was a certain laser diode tuned to the same wavelength/frequency as the expensive hats at the time. I just found them online, wired them up, and made a foam insert to house all of the red/blurred/diffused or scattered lasers. This theoretically helps with hair loss or thinning. My wife's family has a bit of this hereditary in their family, so I made it for her to fight off this possible condition. I think it works because she has all her thick hair now lol... look up red light therapy on youtube. AND these things are like $60 ish bucks on Amazon.

AND Just make sure the cheap hats are using the same wavelength/frequency at the high end hats (not just RED LED's in a hat. I used LASERS), I have not looked in to this new hats..

PS; run some GHK-CU cream in your hair! there now this post is related to peptides.

Hope this helps.

It's the unseen part of the inside of the hat. Ie you would put a hat over that bunch of wires just to protect them from getting pulled apart.

My t rides about 100, it’s higher than normal but it’s been fine. My lab-normal range tops at 60 iirc. F49 I am going through a clinic for full HRT, they test a number of levels every 6 months. I started peri at 38, 35 wouldn’t be too young. Women’s health care is crap.

200-250 there starts to be risk of physical (structural) changes. Not sure how long they take to start. 🤷‍♀️ it gets arbitrary in that range so maybe she’s fine. Aren’t pellets a 12 week trip? If I were her I’d be pissed, FLAMING. That’s a big fuckup. And you’re working with a clinic because you want it correct.

Pellets are a crap shoot toward the end, I’ve heard enough stories of them petering out and women becoming miserable before getting in for the next set, so I’ve avoided them. I take estrogen and test biweekly, progesterone nightly since I have a uterus.

I didn't stack with Tirz, only with Reta, but Tesamorelin every night before bed (1 month at 1mg because I'm still paying Canadian resale prices of $150 per 20mg vial.) I recently upped it to 2mg nightly because I thought I was plateauing, but a recent scan shows favourable results, so I might drop it back down to 1mg.

It's magical! I've slacked on my training this month yet still look jacked; the definition is visible, and there's zero fluid retention, even with my 10g creatine and 2 LMNT packets daily. A recent DEXA reveals I'm up 6.6% in muscle mass, and down 6.9% in fat mass since starting Jan 7. I am eating 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight though, so that definitely plays a role.

Other faves so far have been Reta, SS-31, & Epitalon.

My meh? Copper. My body does not do the blue.
Would ippa be the same?

I would think you'd be feeling something...but you are not the first person I've heard say that they didn't feel anything on NAD+. I've been running NAD+ for awhile now, and I don't really notice the effects like I did at the beginning as I think my NAD levels are better. So perhaps your NAD levels weren't as depleted as mine (I had sepsis shock back in 2023 that has lingering health issues)??

However, I did plan to go off of NAD+ for 6 weeks and run a different peptide stack that I wanted to get a clear reading on w/o NAD interference. I lasted not even a month, started feeling wilted. Brang NAD+ back on board and it was like getting a big hug from an old friend.
I have seen so many people say they had no result or bad isr that I crossed it off my list. This thread is good to see. please dm with your supplier because maybe that is the difference?

Would love to send you a DM, but I cannot recommend the supplier.
While it is effective, I have issues with it crystalizing the buffering material, so I cannot really recommend that particular supplier.
I'll be searching out a new one here to purchase from...probably buy another kit on my next big CN order and see how it goes.

Ok I have NAD+ on my wish list to try out. Thank you for the info.

Thank you for this.

I started NAD+ to try to counter tirz anhedonia. I didnt quite do what I hoped but I do feel better on it.
I like being anti-wilted.

Yes...and NO!

They both lead to increased GH release, so on the surface, they seem similar, but they’re not interchangeable. Each one has its own profile, side effects, and long-term implications, and they work on completely different pathways. You’d want to consider the specific context before deciding which to choose. The nuances matter.

NAD+ was the biggest game changer in my stacks I've used with Tirz.
Upped my energy, cleaned out the brain fog and generally treats me very well. Makes getting up and moving throughout the day much easier.

I haven't taken anything that was just "meh" at this point. TA-1 I guess didn't really do anything noticeable, but why would it? It's one of those "behind the scenes" things we take.
How are you dosing NAD+? Injecting? Nasal? I tried a few vials and never noticed much but curious if I've been doing something 'wrong'. Thanks-

I have ran into more than a few people who haven't noticed anything on NAD+. First, I will say, being over 60 with a hx of sepsis shock and a few other big dings that affected my NAD levels, my response was probably more noticeable than the average bear.
I started with 25mg subq every other day...currently I'm at 50mg 3x a week, sometimes every other day if I have some big things coming up...
A lot of researchers take a much higher dose...I don't need that to get the effects.

Not sure if this will even help but I stumbled upon this info on a TRT / Testosterone type of video.

yohimbine might help counteract that "muted" feeling by ramping up sympathetic/noradrenergic activity. Some anecdotal reports and older uses link it to aphrodisiac effects or countering antidepressant-induced sexual issues.
Rauwolscine is similar but more selective/potent at alpha-2 blockade, with even less direct human data on sex drive—mostly extrapolated from yohimbine, plus animal hints at better erectile response at low doses.

I have not tried NAD+ It's on my China wish list of things to get. I'm in the same boat, GHK-cu does burn a bit but that trick with adding BAC water I posted does work for me. Thank you for your info.
I'm just starting with KLOW, third day yesterday at just 6 units. Having just a very minor skin reaction, less than to a mosquito bite.
Wondering about that trick in case it gets worse with a higher dose. I know someone recons as per usual, KLOW + 3ml BAC, but then transfers it all into a 10ml BAC vial.
Others I see, they recon KLOW+3ml BAC but then draw in more BAC when about to pin. That sounds simpler - how much more BAC, though?

There is a surpisingly large body of research on red light therapy or photobiomodulation, which shows reasonable quality evidence of making mitochondria work better, for things like depression ( some light does get through your skull ) or skin and hair issues.

I did not know that, Ill have to look in to this. thank you for the good info 😛

I would have to say a great all rounder for me as me stacking HGH. It helps with my recovery also helps dissolve additional fat and gives me a slight anabolic boost. Next on my list is Mots C going to add that on soon and I will let you know how I get on.

I have seen people draw between 10 and 30 units of bac into syringes before injecting.

Well ... there is a problem with deciding if it helps with prevention of sagging skin or not. How can you tell? I mean .. I started off weighing in at 334 pounds and 54 years old. I don't think its possible to avoid sagging and its already happening a bit as I expected. But .. could it have been worse without the KLOW or not? Will I get some rebound to my skin as I continue to take KLOW over time?

I still have more than 100 pounds to lose. I am just going to do the best that I can do and just accept the results. Who knows maybe there is a skin removal surgery in my future. Maybe there isn't.
If you decide to get skin removal surgery, you should check out Nordesthetic Clinic in Lithuania. They have a Facebook page. I had a full mommy makeover there and paid $10,000. I was quoted over $40,000 in my hometown! They did an incredible job too!

30k in savings !! it's worth the flight over

I'm going to pop in here and add, even though it's not a peptide, I am loving Methylene Blue. OMG, Methylene Blue, where have you been all my life?!
Great energy boost, mood boost and awesome focus. Definitely keeping this around and cycle it regularly.

Haven’t tried Methylene Blue yet but I keep hearing great things about it. The energy + focus/mood benefits sound exactly what I’m looking for. How long have you been taking it? What dose are you running and are you doing capsules?
