We encountered the same situation. During the Chinese New Year, a large number of packages were detained in the United States. Since it was a holiday, we immediately released a solution after resuming work. First, we conducted a precise survey, then contacted the owners of the problematic packages. After verification, we began a large-scale process of resending packages or issuing refunds, and also used expedited shipping. We believe these customers have already received their replacement packages.

Dear customer, the NAD test report only shows the content level, because that's all JANOSHIK provides.

Hi Olivia - received my recent order (thank you) and sent a vial out for testing. Purity came back good, however the testing site noted the following:

"During our analysis, we observed the presence of unidentified masses in the mass spectrometer, which may indicate the potential presence of endotoxins that warrant further evaluation."

If endotoxins are found beyond testing threshold (greater than or equal to 0.05 EU/mL - does CHP offer anything to rectify the issue?

Dear customer, currently all peptides in stock only support purity and content testing.

Thought I'd update this for anyone following - testing passed on the one vial I sent in, endotoxins not present. 🙂
