Endotoxin Warning

STG booted Jeep this morning. With that tone-deaf response from Jeep, they really had no choice.
Hopefully the owners here follow the same lead.

The bad batch is inderstandable.

Jeeps response is atrocious. They do not care at all. They cannot be trusted to give one iota of concern for the customers health in any of their business decisions.

So if I want to do an endo test on my 4 kits of jeep tirz30 with light orange caps, do I need to send in two vials and pay for 2 tests? 120$ and 90$. (Another problem is I have two different cap types 3 flat cap kits and 1 kit with a ridge) According to this:

I'm hearing Jano may be creating a new endo test range that's not up on his site yet. You may want to research that before submitting.
So far as testing under the current choices I'd test for over 10eu and test both cap types.

You can jump straight to the higher range, just email them and ask for that. The lower range is useless IMO.
Thank you

Appreciate it, 210 is better than throwing them out, if they test okay. And the thought of restocking and getting more toxic recapped tirz sounds stupid. I paid in Dec 30, but got shipping Jan 4.

We are in glp1forum 45k members strong. We have a voice, we can make sure vendors get the message that this is not ok.

I have a higher risk tolerance than a lot of folks on this forum I guess. I would caulk this up as a loss and move on. Paying .10 cents on a dollar and expecting the world is just foolish.

It's not the result. That's why we test. It's the way they've responded and managed the whole thing (or not).

Not that easy for noobs 🙁 with restrictions.
Is it though? Anyone can send a vial off to their lab of choice for endo testing. Noob or "old timer".

It's daunting to think about shouldering the cost alone for a single kit. There's a trade-off between BP and grey. Pharmaceutical level sterility protocols with governmental agency oversight vs unknown sterility protocols.
(Edited for typo)

Be bold. Cheap and quality rarely come together. Thanks to the tester. But I'll take my chances. Don't worry too much. If you do, just don't buy?

You're going to pin and risk it? What are the potential risks?

I've got the flat (unridged) unridged orange tops with the same batch number which I have used for the last 3 weeks with no issue, so I'm unsure what to do going forward.

I am being censored
You haven’t reached Apprentice level yet, so that’s why you’re being censored. The new member posting guidelines tells you how to contact a mod to bypass restrictions if you believe you have been scammed. This isn’t really the right thread to interject your complaint or vendor review into, but I can understand your desperation given your post above.

See the guidance here and consider reaching out to a mod. I hope you get resolution with this matter.

Normally that's the motto I live life by and would agree with you. But, if you understand what endotoxins are, and what SIRS is, you'd understand why this is literally russian roulette, albiet the gun has 1 bullet for 100 cylinders instead of 6.

The risk is definitely infection. But since you already use it for 3 weeks, then it is not a problem for you. Infection can occur as early as 24-48 hours up to one week. Not suggesting any further action but if I were you, business as usual. 😂🤣

No ___ Discussions Tag. Hopefully I don't get banned or demoted back to noob, but here is the PDF of the results. I would happy to discuss the process more when I can.
Do you care if your research is shared in other groups?
