Hi all,

Im in the uk and struggling to find sterile vials.

I need some 5ml and 10ml. I dont want to buy off amazon unless it truly is sterile and trusted. I have found ks-tec on aliexpress who i know is a real company but its the ali part I dont know of is true.
I just found this on AliExpress:
£8.63 | Ks-Tek Sterile Empty Vials with Self Healing Injection Port, with Flip Off Aluminum Cap,Sterile Package

Does anyone know if this is legit and they are sterile?

Thanks

I'd like to know the same, as well as their syringe filters to be honest for KS-TEK specifically. I'd hate to go to the lengths to filter and end up worse than if I'd just reconstituted into the vial without filtering. You really need to be able to trust the components at every step and they're so hard to source in the UK. I saw on another forum someone saying they've used 'uk-peptides' for BAC and they do sterile vials but obviously for liability reasons they label everything 'lab use only'. So I personally don't know if that's trustworthy.

Guy from germany here with the same problem.. my solution was buying a cheap autoclave from aliexpres for ~35€ and sterilizing myself. Maybe its not necessary but better safe than sorry.

I'm in the UK, Ive used these vials from amazon without issue amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BD72SN3D?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2

and these filters https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06Y15MS8Y?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1

Recently purchased several pens as i inject some peps everyday and purchased the 3ml carts from aliexpress, i just sterilize those in my pressureking pro using distilled water, set on manual and at 140 degrees for 2 hours, then 20 mins in the oven at 180 degrees C get rid of any water in the pouches

If I recall correctly Ks-tek 3ml has been tested sterile by Janoshik. They also have 4mm filters and their own website for ordering.

Sterilized depyrogenated evacuated vials are what you’re looking for. I dont know if they ship abroad, cannot seem to find it on the site. But I get mine here:

I’ve seen some interesting magnified photos on other forums showing stuff inside those ks-tech vials from Amazon and alibaba.

Note: To depyrogenate glassware and other tools which can tolerate high temperatures, bake them at 250°C for 2 hours or at 200°C overnight. Note: Autoclaving sterilizesglassware/tools but does not depyrogenate it.

I know it’s an old post but in case it’s helpful this is where I just got mine from and they sent ALK vials - which are very good quality. I wasn’t too sure about the KS-TEK vials myself. I got a pack of 5ml but when I opened them they didn’t have any sterilisation markings on them. These were £77.68 delivered for 25x5ml so a bit pricy but I thought there was no point filtering into something I didn’t know was sterile and pyrogen free.

I guess you could use the 3ml pen vials if you keep the volume low as I think they mostly come in the individual sterilisation pouches, if you believe them.

I buy these ones (50 in pack)
They are not cheap, by at least I have peace of mind (priceless). These I assure you that are sterile and clean

Ignore the condensation. I've been using those KS TEK sterile vials, after a few dozens pins, so far so good.

Are those 3ml or 5ml? I know the 3ml have a sterility sticker on them and have sterility testing info but I couldn't see the same for the 5ml ones. I have some 5ml ones and they are individually packed in a box but no sterility sticker anywhere.

It is 10ml vials. I don't think there is any sterile sticker 😂🤣

This is gonna sound really dumb but I can’t work out why people aren’t using the vials the stuff came in?
Is this for bigger amounts where people don’t want to reconstitute all at once or something?

Because we filter our peptides into a sterile vial.

Even tested ones?
I’ve never done that step with tested peptides, because it’s just a chance for more contamination to be introduced. But I’m happy to be persuaded different.

The COAs show peptide purity and volume, but they may also contain particulate impurities and microorganisms like bacteria. Janoshik always filters peptides prior to HPLC analysis, so that analysis is accurate for that vial. But, you aren't using that vial, you are using a different unfiltered one.

Filtering is just another step in the course of harm reduction and one we can take for ourselves. It only takes one nasty ISR or a sinus infection from an unfiltered nasal spray to change your mind. Don't ask me how I know. The odds of induced contamination are low if you follow a hygienic process. Some people never filter, some people always filter. It's a personal choice.

Thanks for the explanation, I appreciate it.

Hey all, I found these vials and they ship to most of the UK. I got a mix of 2 mL and 5 mL vials:

Shipping policy:

UPS offers to select Countries/Cities UPS Express, it is not available for all countries (Most of the United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Canada, and Germany qualify), UPS Express is approximately 2-4 business day shipping speed to these areas. Most countries qualify for UPS Expedited, it is usually the cheapest international option (5-7 business days) and it is our default choice. If for some reason, neither option produces a shipping cost, then in most cases UPS Saver Express is the only option available for your country, UPS Saver Express is right in the middle of UPS Expedited and UPS Express in terms of cost and speed (4-7 business days).

quick question - is there any guides or tutorials on how to do that?

I have been researching reta for the last few days and it seems like the closer i get to doing it I realize there is many steps I still need to take

I have sterile vials in the mail and filters now. Is it even worth filtering back into the same vial or just wait for the sterile ones and dont filter this one?

If your filtering you certainly need a sterile vial it would be like making a coffee in a cup someone with the flu has been drinking out off

So I've overcome the first hurdle, there is so much to learn and get your head around. But I'm starting to think it's not to scary. Now just the rest to figure out - baby steps.
What has been everyones else's scary moment that ended up not being half as bad?

Ive not done this hurdle yet but one supplier takes alipay which i was unsure of but super easy to setup. Not a hurdle as such just slight nerves with my first order but all went smoothly
