Gh first thing in the morning and don’t consume anything besides black coffee for a few hours. Will do fasted cardio in that time if I can.

Fasted cardio not weight? traditionally I used to do a lot of cardio... but I am more weight training focused... lots and lots of famers walk. I end it with a little cardio but nothing major, perhaps I need to focus more on cardio due to goal of fat loss

how long after taking it do you think is best to workout? I read peak hgh levels happen like 3-4 hours after taking it

I actually forgot I had a little leftover in one bottle, just a bit. Perhaps only like 6iu left. The thing I love about HGH the most is the mental boost it gives me. The mental boost is just so huge for me at work

It just gives me so much mental and physical energy. I am going to go lower when I get my new stash, I think just 1.5iu, I just want enough for that nice boost

Do you take creatine with it as well. I am thinking of adding this in

i'm no scientist, but as I understand the logic it is that gh triggers lipolysis releasing fatty acids from fat cells into the bloodstream. cardio may increase use of that fuel before it gets re-deposited as stored fat. fasting means insulin levels are low which favors lipolysis and oxidation. weight lifting you'd be better off doing fed because you want glycogen available since it improves endurance/capacity/recovery between sets.
