So far it is working great. At first I didn't seem much results at a pace I was happy with, but after a month went by sticking to it, I started to lose a half pound to a pound a day.

Keep going, stick with it and it will work!
 
That's awesome. You are taking the necessary measures to maintain or even increase muscle while cutting fat. Keep up the hard work and don't get discouraged when things start to slow. The closer you get to goal the slower things get, but it doesn't mean it's not working. Good job 👏

Aye, my latest dexa scan showed that during this past month I gained 3lbs of muscle. I feel like I a definitely doing this thing right. 🙂
 
I find it astonishing you lost 33 pounds over 6 weeks , yet increased muscle mass at the same time? Even taking off 5 kilos for water weight losses initially , it is still 10 kilos in 6 weeks or 1.66kg/week, and is equivalent to a calorie deficit of 12800 kcal/week or about 1800 kcal/day, I do not understand how it is possible to grow muscle in a catabolic state from such an extreme calorie deficit?

It is a bit mind boggling to me as well. Most of the weight was the last two weeks as well. For the first 4 weeks I only went from 230 to 219. Then I added in 5 Amino 1MQ and hGH, got better sleep and started walking 10k-15k steps each day, and it felt like I was losing a pound a day, or at least that is what the scale was reporting. Initially I thought it was because I was losing a lot of muscle mass as well, but the scan showed my muscle mass higher than the starting scan.

I commend you for sharing your stack with us. Your stomach must feel like a 50 year old dart board. I know mine does and I’m only doing three peps a week. Would you mind sharing the MGs on the KLOW?

I researched quite a lot on what I could combine into one syringe, thought that was mostly to conserve needles rather than spare my stomach. Honestly only KLOW really ever hurts or causes any reaction my stomach seems fine or even better now that it has trimmed down.
The KLOW is premixed 80mg vials, so it turns out to be 2.5 GHK and 0.4mg for all the others according to the seller.

Should you be worried about gallbladder stuff with loss that rapid? I never paid much attention to the gallbladder risks because I never went above 2 lbs a week after the initial ten water-pounds fell off, but it seems like something to watch at the pace you're moving.

I worried about this as well. The weightloss happened so rapidly that it is hard to account for, but I take a lot of liver and gallbladder supplements for this reason like R-ala and Tudca to help combat this. I'll be adding in Glutathione next week to see if I can further support it. I doubt this rate of weightloss will continue this way however. It is very odd that it is happening this way at all.
