Probably a Noobie question but I camt find the answer anywhere , I’ve had 10 weeks on a brand of Reta and now I’m finished and about to start again only it’s with another brand ,same mg ml etc , is this ok to do or do I need a wash out period

Reta is Reta (assuming it is tested as Reta!) you should just be able to continue. I am a little concerned you might be using the same reconned vial for 10 weeks, stick to 4 weeks if that is what you have been doing and toss the remainder.

The brand has no impact, only the content matters.

You absolutely would avoid any washout periods as you are looking for consistency in blood levels.

As for 10 weeks, I spent 8-9 months with using 6-8 weeks, and many would go longer, even 90 days. Be sure and clean vial before and after and store properly and you should be fine.

The 28 day is often quoted for medical settings with multiple users/pins daily.

EDIT-
I use Tirz for that length of time, I have seen Reta tables showing degradation onset earlier, but I believe that only affects potency.

No time off. Just reconstitute another and blast away. That 10 weeks is pushing it on reconed Reta. I change brands all the time. Last was J5, and reconstituted two BFF R60 vials on Thursday and just started 9mg pins this morning. My wife is on it too, that's why two vials.

No need to wash out. Hopefully, you have a COA (Janoshik?) so that you know how to recon for the actual same dose. I will say that 10 weeks is a long time. Typically reta starts to significantly degrade at ~45-90 days. I'd personally go 7 weeks, but not much past that. Tirz lasts even longer, but do use Hospira, and DON'T use cloudy vials!

Use a blood level calculator, and if you're using a different kit (not just vial), you might want to try "microdosing" half =50% of your last dose after 3days (rather than 7) to make sure you get similar feels. If you do, then do take your next dose 7 days after that. Know your blood levels!

If you're nervous about switching "brands" you can always pin a small dose then give it 24 hours to see how you feel then take the rest. That's what I do.

Keep pinning.

Used 2 pens same brand , now on vials from very reputable vendors on here , I’ll be jabbing as normal now thank you all

Ah, thanks. I'll stick with my simple spreadsheet.
Spreadsheets work great! That's what I use, but lots of folks don't have one or want to deal with the learning curve. It is really important to just understand what's happening when you increase dose, or change the schedule. Both the peak (side effects start) and trough (food noise starts) are important. Of course what the plots don't show is the time delay on "feelz". I don't personally feel Tirz for almost 48hr and Reta side effects didn't really peak for 72hr!

Stop! 4 weeks my ass. I go 8 weeks, and will go 10 if needed. The way I reconstitute it normally 10 weeks isn't needed.

You have commented that different brands have somewhat different effects for you even at the same purity. Please let us know your take on the BFF Reta. My wife and I just switched to BFF a little over a week ago and decided to adjust our dose a bit yesterday.

I suspect the previous vial may have degraded somewhat over its 9 weeks of use with two pokes a week.

I don't believe there's anything wrong with using the same reconstituted vial for 10 weeks. That is exactly what I did with my first vial of reta. It had 10 mg in it, and I ran it for 10 weeks straight, 1 mg a week. I did not notice any degradation in the quality of the reta week over week. The potency remained the exactly the same for all the weeks. These peptides are more durable than we think.

Im on 8mg had to grab 5 from the old vial and 3 from the new one. With two different shots. Happens.

Based on more than a few refrigerated (not frozen) degradation studies done up to 60 & 90 days, it is highly dependent on the batch/source of Reta. Tirz is rarely down more than a few percent, while Reta can be down 10% at 60 days... although some batches are only down a few %. Similarly, purity can stay at 99% or plummet to 90% in the same time. YMMV!

You're 100% right. The MLB Reta stuff is hard to describe, but "hits hard" is how I describe it. The full feeling, appetite suppression and so on. Kinda of like that first ever 2mg dose. With all the BFF I have, I just reconstituted two R60 with 3ml BAC. Pinned myself, and wife with 9mg. Up from 5 weeks/8mg of that MLB R50. Not feeling much from it today. I think it's the 1mg bump. Every time I go up 1mg, nothing. I did twice before from 4 to 5 and 6 to 7. I'll try one more next week and likely go to 10mg. Numerous members here, who I talk with often, tells me it's the best. One says BFF Reta, is all the Reta he'll take.
