I've never been curious about gluta... until now! May I ask how often you drink, how much, and relatively how old you are? Also, are you researching glps at this time?Personally, I’ve only felt the effects of glutathione after I inject IM after a night out drinking. The hangovers are nearly nonexistent.
I just ordered some before realizing it is supposed to be taken IM not subq. I am not sure I can do IM on myself. Makes me nervous. It is by far my favorite compound. I take 200 mg per shot, and honestly, I’m nervous about the thought of cycling off because I just want to continue forever.
It has done more for my energy levels and general well-being than anything else I’ve tried.
Sub-Q works. Major antioxidant, really good for you even if you don’t feel it.I just ordered some before realizing it is supposed to be taken IM not subq. I am not sure I can do IM on myself. Makes me nervous.
That makes sense. NAC and glycine are precursors, so they do give your body the building blocks to make more of its own (although it won't feel the same as a direct gluta hit).Just ordered NAC and Glycine supplements to get my body to make its own.
Be interested to try a shot as well but I’ll stick with the supplements first
Both methods your body has to build its own. That makes sense. NAC and glycine are precursors, so they do give your body the building blocks to make more of its own (although it won't feel the same as a direct gluta hit).
Injectable gluta, esp, is more of a direct gluta pulse, so people (inc. myself) feel it more acutely. NAC/glycine tends to be more of a gradual support approach.
So I’d think of it as two different categories:
Direct glutathione delivery (hierarchy of efficacy / bioavailability):
IV > IM/SQ > liposomal oral > standard oral
Glutathione production support:
NAC + glycine/cysteine precursors
Starting with NAC and glycine first is a totally reasonable approach. It just may feel more subtle than a shot and it will take a while until you start feeling a difference. I personally prefer IM shots; it's not that bad once you get used to it and you feel an instant boost.
The Korean gluta comes in large vials that allow more dilution. Or one can just add to a syringe of BAC, saline, or saline BAC. Even then, I can get ISRs, so I inject IM.I attempted it and it burned like hell. Only got around .2ml in before I pulled it out. It was extremely painful and like a shock. I was not expecting that much pain and im debating if I should try it again.
The shots and precursors still have different effects. Both methods your body has to build its own.
The cells can’t take in glutathione whole. So both ways the body has to build it
A shot only has a few minute half life in the body and we don’t know if it down regulates our bodies natural production over time
I have the Korean gtt 1200mg. I mix with 3ml bac and 3ml vit c. Then 1ml 3x a week so 1 vial lasts 2 weeks. Get the vit c and gtt from acecosm. Thanks for all this information. I keep wanting to try it. I've read to aliquot it with VitC and lido to make it tolerable. GTB, I believe, will also lessen the spice.
Maybe one of these days. Right now, midway through an oral NR/NMN cycle.
I was reconing with a bit of lido and it lessened the PIP a decent ammount. But I just got some GTB and it's great! Can't even feel it. I usually pin it subq in my hip/glute.Thanks for all this information. I keep wanting to try it. I've read to aliquot it with VitC and lido to make it tolerable. Ooohhh! How much are you running and are you cycling?I was reconing with a bit of lido and it lessened the PIP a decent ammount. But I just got some GTB and it's great! Can't even feel it. I usually pin it subq in my hip/glute.
IM
250mg 3x a week. I don't cycle it. It's a part of my permanent stack.Ooohhh! How much are you running and are you cycling?
I just checked acecosm. There is a better price at filler outlet dot com (no spaces). Shipping is a little more but the a la carte "whitening kit" component (gluta, cindella, vitC) products pricing more than makes up for the shipping increase.I have the Korean gtt 1200mg. IM....shudderIM
I was too chicken to deal with the SQ spice. Took a hot minute to gee myself up for IM. But I watched plenty of videos to prepare myself. Still seemed a better option than SQ lol
The vit c also increases the viscosity

Awaiting your review. LOLI hear GTB Supreme is even more awesome. I a vial incoming to test.
