This is probably completely dependent on how many various tests of everything they do that come in any given week but…

Sent my sample. It was delivered on Thursday. I got an invoice the following Monday. The following Wednesday I still don’t have results. It’s early Wednesday so maybe today, but we’re sitting at almost a week when the website says two days.

Just throwing that out there so you can decide if it’s worth saving $50 over some other labs. I probably won’t use them again

Did you reach out to them? I sent a bunch of vials their way lat week because I've heard good things in the past.

Imho the $50 adds up if you're testing things other than the standard GLP-1s or you need an assay. Their sterility and endotoxin tests are also much cheaper than their competitors.

The stuff I sent was delivered on Saturday and they contacted me on Monday. Hope results come soon.

They said probably today. I still feel that’s a bit long, when they promise 2 business days

Well, 6pm there so I guess I’m not going to get the results today as promised. That’ll make a full week from delivery to results.

send it to Jano next time and see how fast it goes. It’ll take a week just to get there. lmao the entitlement is something else.

Do you understand the difference between entitlement and being delivered the service I was promised? I mean, obviously not.

If only there was someone on the east coast we all know that also does testing. Gee would t that be neat.

You're not wrong for being frustrated. I think @peptideusername was just pointing out that even though they aren't meeting their SLAs, Vanguard is still probably the best value in terms of cost, quality, and speed. Janoshik is the gold standard, but shipping times are long and now that they've had a flood of new business in the peptide space turnaround times are longer. I'm not sure how fast PeptideTest returns results, but they are much more expensive.

I'm sorry things have been so frustrating for you. I hope you provide Vanguard with feedback about your experience. They seem like solid people who aren't quite meeting the mark at the moment.
