I can feel it within 8-12 hours.
My first dose I felt within a few hours, definitely less than 6. I usually pin at night if 'noise' was there that day and when I wake up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, no noise. But I'm not above believing I want it to work so badly I've placebo-ed myself.I can feel it within 8-12 hours.
It's 48+ hours for me to feel anything (pinning 7.2mg/5-days) and it is usually fatigue on the third day.My first dose I felt within a few hours, definitely less than 6. I wonder if my using sema makes a difference. I'm three months in and tried my first .5 dose and got very sick the same day, then remained sick for days. Today is my first day holding down solid food since Christmas. It's 48+ hours for me to feel anything (pinning 7.2mg/5-days) and it is usually fatigue on the third day.
I stopped "feeling" anything from tirz after the first few weeks. Never felt anything from Reta. Still losing weight. I could notice subtle behavior differences from the beginning of the week to the end.I wonder if my using sema makes a difference. I think it is actually called Placebotide when it is in this form. The great thing about the GYC tirzepatide-free vials is they cause minimal side effects. You won't experience any sulfur burps or constipation. You also won't lose too quickly.
@chmuse is your sickness mostly in the morning?I stopped "feeling" anything from tirz after the first few weeks. Never felt anything from Reta. Still losing weight. I could notice subtle behavior differences from the beginning of the week to the end.
I've taken a lot of peps and the only one that gives definitive feels to me is pt141.
I wasn't the one who used the pt141 (yet- it is one of the ones I'll eventually be trying, because sema has nuked my libido.)
I think I want to try more pt141
Sucks! Tirz took mine away! I hate it. The last time I tried pt141 it brought it backI wasn't the one who used the pt141 (yet- it is one of the ones I'll eventually be trying, because sema has nuked my libido.)
If you're going where I think you're going, not a possibility for me. But now the idea is in my head and I have anxiety, so I'm probably going to be unable to sleep until I check because life finds a way![]()
It's definitely on my list of 'eventually' (my poor partner lmao.) I'd want to make sure it's safe with all my medications first, I'm on a lot. But between sema and working 6-7 days a week and 2-4 overtime shifts a week it hasn't been a priority.Sucks! Tirz took mine away! I hate it. The last time I tried pt141 it brought it back
Ok - after the New Year holiday time off I think I *have* to try this now.Sucks! Tirz took mine away! I hate it. The last time I tried pt141 it brought it back

I get freezing cold within a few hours, but the appetite differences take a day. I am miserably cold for 2 days and then after that only uncomfortably cold until I do another shot.
It's likely the tirz. the whole class of drug seems to have this effect.Okay so question for everyone. I'm a 5 foot 10 35 year old male. Before tirz, i was like 280 and high af blood pressure, hot and sweaty all that shit lol.
I'm 195 now and I'm fucking freezing. Like cold as fuck all the time. Am I just feeling temperature as it actually exists or is the tirz making me cold? Lmao I can't figure it out
It's a pretty commonly reported side effect but it is unknown to me if it is a side effect of the weight loss or the tirz directly. All I can say is you are not alone. I got 4 blankets on my bed nowOkay so question for everyone. I'm a 5 foot 10 35 year old male. Before tirz, i was like 280 and high af blood pressure, hot and sweaty all that shit lol.

Team four blankets unite!I have a king we share, and a fleece, a twin comforter, and a sherpa on my side. Lots of fuzzy house sweaters too. It's a pretty commonly reported side effect but it is unknown to me if it is a side effect of the weight loss or the tirz directly. I was only 250lbs for a few years. I'm currently back to 200 lbs where I was for a very long time. I was NEVER this cold and its specifically my fingers and toes. It's a pretty commonly reported side effect but it is unknown to me if it is a side effect of the weight loss or the tirz directly.
