Oh thank God, I was wondering why you angry reacted me.

It's not a Skye thing, it's a domestic seller thing. There are dozens of companies that do it and advertise on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.... It's basically its own market. Name brand- compound- domestic- China. It's expensive compared to what we're buying.... But compared to the other two? People will buy from them, and be happy with what they get. I've used them for single vials of things I wasn't ready to commit to a whole kit of.
Charging more than a 10-20% markup on any product that you are reselling is price gouging and unethical imo.

all i care about is getting the stuff i paid for and that it works.

i'm not on any moral and ethical crusade.
lol I didn’t even mean it in a moral or ethical standpoint. I just wondered if you’ve ever been worried of being fucked by being associated with a company that has a negative track record with USDOJ, but I guess your answer is self explanatory.

To those who replied, @hexagonal @keangkong @raw_oyster_eater

I guess I meant more so of SRY being on the US shitlist, and there being a greater risk of being recorded as a customer of a company that is on the shitlist of the USDOJ.

I agree, there can and should be the assumption that any of these other CN vendors are doing the same thing, but SRY was caught red handed. Just figured I’d pick your brains on that aspect.
Not particularly. No reason to believe they have customer records from SRY and all I've purchased from them are peptides even if they do.

I personally believe price gouging is unethical and immoral.
Indeed it’s your personal belief. But when dealing with these Chinese people, they don’t give two shits about it, and I say more power to anyone who can sell these at a premium. Still cheaper than the compound stuff, and people need to do their due diligence in finding better prices lmao

I hate to break it to you, but almost every vendor you buy from charges more than a 10-20% markup. Most business will lose money if that's their markup. Businesses have other expenses they have to pay such as rent, employee salaries, advertising, employee benefits, taxes, accounting, legal fees, and in the case of grey vendors, reshippibf fees. Then they're also expected to make a profit. You’re expecting charity.

Not really. Trying to track every product that SRY ships seems like a logistical nightmare.

I won't buy from the US vendors who sell single vials. That's ridiculous. Can order from CN for 15% of their cost. But have you seen the price of prescription drugs? What's the markup on Zepbound? 10,000%?

Everyone believes price gouging is unethical. But you defined price gouging as >20% markup which is absurd. Most things have more markup than that. The amount of tirzzzzzz in a whole kit costs pennies to make. Price gouging is taking advantage of an emergency situation.

Free market economy will work itself out. I’d be surprised if Skye is selling much. I have a few other domestic peptide sellers that are MUCH cheaper and 3rd party tested. I use them for the peps I want to try before buying kits.

I got burned by Tracy, a long-time vendor who despite "her" surly disposition, had a reputation for reliably delivering the product for which people had paid. Until she didn't. A few months ago, Tuk from ASC had a great reputation. I agree about avoiding spending a large amount on any one transaction. Yes, it might save you shipping fees. But if I placed a $1200 order for something and received nothing, I'd be quite upset.
Still hoping to see Tracy make us whole
Call me a dreamer

It would be nice if there were other domestic vendors, hopefully more honest than Cain, who sell as non-ridiculous prices. However, I'm getting used to paying in crypto and learning I just have to wait a wit for my order to arrive. (I do suspect that my last order from Tracy might never arrive.)
I'm so mad at Tracy... and now scrambling for a new source. i was very active in the subreddits, but after a large order keeping me stocked for a long time and taking care of some family issues, I lost my edge. Does anyone know if Cora is reliable?

This is usually where we try to say something funny and are called condescending (or worse).

I'll resist. Is "Cora" a sales rep? If so what vendor? How's her profile pic?

Great answer. Sadly in my divorce, I lost my three dogs. My wife was terrible as a wife. However, as much as I dislike her, I had to acknowledge that the dogs liked her better than they liked me. she was a good doggie momma. I let her have the dogs. I did that for the dogs' benefit, not for my ex-wife's benefit.
She likes doggie you said?

Lmao this was my same thought. People with comments like that get eaten alive on threads. If this was Meso, this dude is guaranteed fucked lmao.

I wonder if I bought a talking bird it would learn how to sing black metal

California requires an emergency situation before price gouging laws go into effect. California Penal Code § 396. Not everyone believes price gouging is unethical. See Cohchrane, In Praise of Price Gouging (2024). I grant that price gouging is generally illegal in the US. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the US government frequently had to invoke the Defense Production Act to increase supplies in sufficient time to help people. Often this wouldn't have been necessary if manufacturers were permitted to "price gouge" in order to greatly increase supply without government interventihon.

If they ship from the us warehouse you’ll have it in a week or so. They’re super easy to work with and good product.
I can’t seem to find the website. Sorry very new here. Have a lot of chronic health issues and have heard that peptides can help. Any help would be amazing since I haven’t ordered any as of yet. Just learned from someone.
