Aloha everyone,
I'm new to peptides. I'm currently on 2.125 mg Tirzepatide. I plan to continue this but am also very interested in the GLOW https://nexaph.com/product/glow-blend-10-vials-kit/ do you know if this kit comes constituted? If not, how much bac water should I be adding, and how do I dose this for injections? I am also looking into making topical creams using Snap-8 and GHK-cu (cosmetic grade). If anyone has suggestions on where to source from it's greatly appreciated!

Kits do not come reconstituted. You will have to research what dosage you want and the strength of the GLOW in order to determine what you will use. There are a few different formulas that manufacturers are using for their kits. The ratios of the 3 peptides vary.

Depending on what you hope to get out of it, you may be able to save yourself a lot of money and just get the GHK-Cu.

hai! I’ve been stalking the group trying to get more insight on Glow vs GHK-CU. I’m a 47yr F looking for skin tightening and general anti-aging benefits. In your experience/opinion would you choose GHK-CU or Glow? Will be my first time trying anything other than Sema and Tirz. I currently spend a ridiculous amount of money on commercial lotions with EGF and exosomes (allies of skin, plated). Want to really start with something that can really deliver a punch against anti aging.

Personally, I think GHK-Cu has the most proven benefits and it’s super cheap compared to pre mixed Glow. BPC-157 can help influence collagen production but if your diet isn’t right it is wasted. TB-500 can influence tumor progression. For me it’s not worth the risk, especially if you have a familial history.

You can get GHK-Cu and BPC-157 and mix it yourself if you are dead set on it, but I think taking GHK-Cu and consuming Bovine Collagen is the safer, more proven route. With EITHER Glow or GHK-Cu, make sure you are taking Zinc to avoid Copper Toxicity.

I am a fan of Glutathione for skin and its added benefits to liver health and its ability to remove free radicals from your body. You just need to make sure you are taking Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) and Vitamin E with it.

I would add for those concerned with tumor growth, as I happen to be, that GHK can also contribute. I had a close call and sadly have decided to avoid these for now.

I wish these guys would make up their minds, are eggs good for me or not?

GHK-Cu, a copper complex of the tripeptide GHK, is known to stimulate angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels, and is involved in various tissue remodeling processes. It promotes blood vessel growth by attracting endothelial cells and stimulating the production of growth factors like VEGF and FGF2

one of the sources

It also can counter tumor growth so may mitigate the angiogenesis:

GHK-Cu, a copper-containing peptide, has shown potential anti-tumor effects by influencing gene expression, suppressing cancerous activity, and promoting cellular repair. It may inhibit tumor growth and spread by normalizing genes associated with cancer progression. Additionally, GHK-Cu's anti-inflammatory actions, which are crucial for tumor progression, have been demonstrated.

Thanks so much for your input. I’m gonna start with GHK-CU and Glutathione.

My issue with glow is I started gaining like a pound and then losing a pound. It made me retain water and also felt more puffy due to daily injections and welts
This is why i added kpv. Bpc-157 is supposed to be anti-inflammatory but I feel like it makes me puffy. Ive been researching Tb500 and there are different compounds being marketed as such, some are tb4 which is the full amino acid chain(the original self proclaimed creator of the Glow protocol says this is the one we want) and the other is actually tb500 which is a synthetic derivative of tb4 and is a shorter acid chain. The tunor thing is stressful because as we all age, the odds of something growing somewhere steadily increase. I was about to order a kit because my trial run with glow plus kpv improved my skin, hair, cellulite etc. It's definitely legit. I'm just wondering what else I might be feeding in there.

Same exact thoughts. I have 8 vials of GLOW left. At 57yrs old, I'm deciding if I'm going to continue.

How have your results been? I'll be honest. The combo I am on right now with the addition of KPV...its noticeable. Face is more supple, appearance of cellulite is improved. Loose skin is tightening up. Im not in bad shape so the experience might not be the same for everyone but man, it makes a difference. Less aches and pains and recover more quickly from workouts. Im taking Reta .6mg every 3.5 days, glow at 1.75 ghkcu, and 400(ish) mcg each of bpc/tb4/kpv. When my reta stalls I'll add aod 1064 rather than upping the reta. I recently had the mysite genetic cancer test done and have no genetic cancer markers. I realize this is only a piece of the puzzle. That said, cancer is a metabolic and inflammatory disease, if my regimen is improving those markers and theres no genetic nasties laying in wait, for me, the risk/reward ratio checks out. This is a very personal choice though obviously. Tbh the amount of people rogue pepping is a little alarming. But I don't know that it's any worse than the pharmaceuticals people take. We live in a toxic world. Trying our best here lol

How are you dealing with AOD and gelling. I’ve research it and apparently it can gel really bad when reconstituted
