GLOW + Tirzepatide

I would take isotretinoin too, but my triglycerides are already high (for which I take fish oil pills and a statin).

Isotretinoin pills would be a lot easier than retinol/tret creams, which are still the gold standard for anti-aging skin care ($3 per tube for the 0.5% strength).

Personally, I think GHK-Cu has the most proven benefits and it’s super cheap compared to pre mixed Glow. BPC-157 can help influence collagen production but if your diet isn’t right it is wasted. TB-500 can influence tumor progression. For me it’s not worth the risk, especially if you have a familial history.

You can get GHK-Cu and BPC-157 and mix it yourself if you are dead set on it, but I think taking GHK-Cu and consuming Bovine Collagen is the safer, more proven route. With EITHER Glow or GHK-Cu, make sure you are taking Zinc to avoid Copper Toxicity.

I am a fan of Glutathione for skin and its added benefits to liver health and its ability to remove free radicals from your body. You just need to make sure you are taking Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) and Vitamin E with it
Hi there! Newbie here and I see you have a couple of pinned posts. The Cheat sheet is really helpful. I tried to save it but it just is a webpage. How can I save/pin it? Thanks!!

On an IPhone you can save the link to your home screen or you can or add a bookmark. I’m sure there is a way to save as a document, but I’m also sure I don’t know how to do it. 😂 Sorry.

I'm curious about what you mean by the pills being easier, do you mean just less problematic skin-wise?--are you able to use the tretinoin cream? I just added the creams to my India order, as I'm entering what I call "the vain years" or my vanity era☺️

Yes, just pills or supplements would be easier to me than applying topical creams daily to multiple areas. I have more tubes on the way, so I am powering through, haha. I am going to try GLOW injections as well sometime, in addition to the astaxanthin supplements and retinol creams I am doing now. I take the astaxanthin to help prevent some sun damage.
