Did you have crazy dryness? I did Accutane in the 90s back when it was pretty new. I legit glowed but it took months of my skin peeling off and lips cracking to get there. Im trying to remember about photosensitivity too. Im a lake rat.

It’s the same thing. Both are isotretinoin.

I would take isotretinoin too, but my triglycerides are already high (for which I take fish oil pills and a statin).

Isotretinoin pills would be a lot easier than retinol/tret creams, which are still the gold standard for anti-aging skin care ($3 per tube for the 0.5% strength).
