Am I Crazy, or just New?

Although, I think group buys sound like a great idea, I usually don't participate. I like Nexa because they have different ways to pay and I can still pay with a credit card. They are a little bit higher in price, but not by much. They have pre-orders that are reasonably priced. I usually wait for them. They're very convenient.
Be aware that they recently had vials with chunks of cardboard in them which does not support a sterile situation in their facility. That combined with the fact that they claim to do some of the filling stateside makes me wonder if it’s a garage workshop situation. Something to be aware of that might just offset some of the appeal of their credit card acceptance.

Were they able to corroborate this with any other sacrificial vials from the same batch?
Not that I am super skeptical, but it seems like the opposite of vendor tested and it does have some room for doubt. Would love to see others that discovered this or Cain's response?
It would be interesting if there was more removal of doubt, although doubt is well established with this graphic. Please don't take this as anything but a purely scientific approach, there is room for error here.

Nevertheless, this is not good-

EDIT-
I may need to change my vote on filtering...

That is absolutely true. I did see that. That's why it's good to make good decisions on your own. I post this about Nexa because this is my very own opinion, and I am satisfied. However, just like with everything else, you have to be and feel satisfied with your own decision. What works for one, may not work for another.

Supposedly, they're being extra careful and changing some things during processing at Nexa. I use them, but that is a true statement from @exploitedworkerbee.

My question has absolutely zero to do with EWB, and was more on the fact that I can send a vial in that says 3rd party nexa test.
I was just curious as to the provenance and corroboration, it is quite shocking, as it is sad.
There seems to be a never ending revolving door of vendors and if it was cost, or gender identity, or manufacturer vs reseller, or even location, they are all dishonest.
But friggin cardboard?!?

Right? I am not disagreeing. I think it's strange to find a foreign object especially, cardboard in your vial. They were called out and are supposedly taking extra precautions now.
