Anyone else have any reactions to tirzepatide. Mine started after week 3. Now on week 4 and my injection site is warm, red, sore and itchy. Swelling much bigger than a mosquito bite. Usually starts to fade away 48-72 hours after injection.

Any tips on how to stop this? Been using Benadryl cream…

What brand of bacteriostatic water are you using? How many Mg's per injection, and how much water per injection? Most reactions that I have seen locally have been due to water from amazon or ebay. One lady that I help gets warm spots from time to time after injections if she does them in her stomach. Switched her to upper quad and shoulders and for whatever reason helped with that issue ( she was using Hospira water).

It could be what you're reconstituting it with. What is your strength in the vial and how much bac water are you mixing it with? I ask this because you can either add, more bac water to your jabs, or take a Benadryl the day that you're going to pin, and rub some Benadryl or cortisone cream on the injection site, also.

I do 100 ml of water and it’s 45 mg. Maybe try adding more water in the next vial?

You ad 100 units to 45 mg? 100 units is 1 ml or 1 syringe. Do you use 1 syringe? Some people do use that. I myself would use more. You can use 3 ml of bac water to reconstitute. That would make it a lot smoother of a jab. You can try that. Always rotate your injection spots too.

Correct. Ok I’ll try adding more water ! That may help!

Don't add the water to your already reconstituted vial. Use more water in the next vial that you will have to reconstitute. For now, you can draw bac water in your syringe and then draw your reconstituted peptide in the same syringe to dilute it. Always draw the bac water up first if you want to dilute it that way for now. You don't want to contaminate your bac water. And then next time, when it's time to reconstitute your next vial you can use more water.

Thanks! It looks and feels like a Brute Enforcer Emeritus bite. Hard in center with rash and ring around it! I’m hoping more bac water in the next vial will work! This tirz is amazing id hate to stop!!!

Wow, that's definitely a big one! It is definitely a life-changing med across the board for most. Definitely rotate you injection sites. You can also put a little Cortaid on the affected area. Good luck to you!

Yes! I’ll try my thigh next week. Have you had these before? I read its common side effect and can go away after a few weeks ? Like you said next vial try more bac water…

I also think I’ll try injecting a little bit of bad water into my skin just to see if it’s the bac water or not, if it reacts I’ll order new bac water for the next vial…

I've had one, not that big. I was using not tirz but another pep for over 8 weeks. 8 weeks is the limit. More like 6 is good for me.

I had one, not that big or bad. I used a reconstituted pep-not tirz for over 8 weeks. I usually stay within 6 weeks or just a little over(I pin this pep daily) and that's about all. A little Cortisone 10 or Cortaid should help it. You can also ice it. Feel better!

Also when I go to add water in a new vial and do 300 units, do I use a new syringe each time? So 3 syringes total (100 unit syringe) for 300 units ?
