Day one

I have decided to do 0.5mg again today. And depending on how im feeling come Friday, I may do another 0.5mg then. Here's my reasoning:

Other than during this holiday weekend, I have had total control over my calorie intake and have had minimal cravings. I am still losing at a substantial rate, and I don't want to risk increasing that rate, as I feel like its bordering being a problem already. I also realized, the  volume of food didn't change, rather the calorie density changed. Also, there was a pretty significant amount of liquid calories consumed now that I am looking through my Samsung Health again. Yesterday and today have been a breeze staying in my comfortable defecit, I think until that changes I will continue at 0.5mg.

Now time for the numbers!

Even after my irresponsible three day Holiday weekend, I am still down net 1.0lbs at 276.6, including gaining muscle. I will check back in on Friday to see how I am feeling!
Good job tracking everything. It really helps make better decisions. I'm getting my 1 year Dexa in a couple weeks and I'll post my log with everything thing I tracked and the ups and downs.

"GH is the real deal - Wish I could afford to be on it permanently". You are writing perfect English so I have to assume you live somewhere in the western world (as opposed to zwahilly land) and I find it hard to believe you can't afford a $30/mo. Just bought 2kits of 10X36IU (usually they overfill by ten%, so it is basically 40IU per vial) at a price of $320 including shipping. That should be good for almost one year at about 2-3 IU per day. Still, you can't afford it?
I live in the Western World and there was a time in my younger life when I was living in such abject poverty that I had to make a choice between medicine and food that week. I remember having to dig around in the car and between the cushions to get money to buy gas so I could get to my minimum-wage job. I remember eating pinto beans for an entire week. And at that time in my life, 3 dollars, or 30 dollars might as well have been a million dollars, because I didn't have that either.

You asking another member if they really can't afford grey is the equivalent of someone who pays out of pocket asking you if you really can't just pay $1,300 dollars a month for brand.

Hey, thanks! The only way I can be sure I am staying as safe as I can is by being as thorough as possible and as informed as possible. I'll soon be making an appointment for a full blood panel, as I haven't been to a doctor for myself in close to a decade.

usually weigh in twice a day, one in the morning and one at night. I don't really care about the weight other than on Tuesdays(shot day). But having some idea of body composition, whether its totally accurate or just a ballpark, helps me make decisions on macros and hydration, but also see some progress from the gym. 1lb/day for 3 weeks straight was a little concerning, but seeing my muscle mass remain the same or increase put my mind at ease. I raw dogged the calorie deficit thing a few years ago and saw pretty solid results. But complacency killed that for me. Staying on top of tracking calories and weighing in keeps me motivated and keeps me honest with myself.

I'm also trying really hard to build a healthy relationship with food rather than an ED. I still eat whatever the hell I want, I just limit the amount of it.

However, there is still a chance that the vial I purchased was a total dud, and this is all complete willpower and placebo effect. 🤷‍♂️😂

I was referring to the last part of the conversation, glucose A1c and triglycerides.

But, also https://www.forbes.com/sites/brucel...-glp-1-meds-are-making-their-genitals-bigger/

(I'm not claiming there is anything to that though)
Interesting - I'll go ahead and make that claim for HGH - was in a long term relationship last time I ran it and she noticed a remarkable difference. Stan Efferding has also said he's fairly certain although neither of us were testing for or measuring to verify LOL

Week four.

Week three was a little weird for me. Still not having much for cravings or hunger, still hovering around 1200cal/day, yet I seem to be holding onto a lot of water weight. My lowest weight was on Sunday at 275.6, a total of 24.2lbs lost in 21 days. But since then I gained back up to 280.4 and have been steadily at around 278 for a couple days. I noticed I haven't been peeing nearly as much as I was for the first 2 weeks. I think my carb intake was a little high as I stopped going protein heavy and had some pasta for a few nights.

Needless to say, I know I am still making progress as far as fat loss goes, and considering I still feel the Reta is effective, I opted for 0.5mg again for week four. Today was 277.6lbs. I'm going to cut back on carbs again, add more fiber to offset what carbs I do have, and try to cram in more water throughout the day, with a little Celtic salt mixed in. I am averaging 1.0lbs per day and gaining muscle mass, so I am pretty comfortable with current progress and rate of loss. I'll check back on my next milestone!
Congratulations, welcome, and good luck to you!🙋🏼‍♀️

Ya gotta look at some of these guys before weights. 1st there's the ability to see it! 2nd is loss in the FUPA area.
Fatty Upper Penis Area
LMAO Fupa hahaha - Yeah thats mentioned in that forbes Article, but we're talking about organ growth, not fat loss. the guys in that article mentioned they knew measurements before they gained the weight and had differences. I didnt lose any weight while on GH, and let me say, there is a permanent difference.

With the GLPs I imagine it could be either or both.

Are you serious, or you joking? Real question btw.
About what?

neither - but theres context. I was working with an IFBB Pro Coach while on GH, had me on an aggressive eating plan, trying to recomp. I did get a bit leaner visually in the mirror, but I was eating 6 meals and about 350-400g Protein daily, along with 40mins stairs 7 days/week. Scale didnt move but my body did change a bit. I also wasnt on a high dose - 2IU/day, 5 on/2 off. Usually for serious fat loss you're probably wanting to run 3-5IU daily.

Organ growth was noticeable for partner and was permanent. Can confirm, was not fat loss around it lol.

This is what I was talking about, but I find it bizarre if true. What age were you when you were taking HG? I doubt a 60-year-old would see anything in that front/al even if they took 20IU daily.

I also found it bizarre, but there it is. It hasnt been studied much directly, and I doubt anyone in the medical community would fund it, but when I heard a handful of other people had experienced it, I was more convinced.

I dont advertise it as something that will for sure happen, but seems like enough people have experienced it to say it at least it happens to a certain number of people for some reason or another.

EDIT: mid to late 20's, I think 27-28?

My Friday update:

I am not going to re-up on my dose today and will continue at 0.5mg next week. I'm down 0.6lbs to 276.0 this morning from Tuesday, it seems like my shitty weekend was just that, a shifty weekend. I'm having no issues staying ij my defecit, and any time I have felt hungry is because I literally haven't eaten all day long. I have been struggling to get over 1,200 calories a day.

Today also marks the completion of 1 full month. And I've gotta say, the results are surprising to say the least. I think its safe to say that with the increase of body water and muscle mass, I have likely lost 30lbs total, and have lost a net of 25.8. If it continues at this rate, I'll hit my goal by the end of the year, and then look into peps for focusing on muscle growth and dive deeper into repairing my body. I have more Reta, GLOW, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, and Melanotan2 in the mail as we speak. Continuing at my current dose of reta, I have 9 more weeks remaining in my first vial, but I'm not sure I want to push it that far. It's in a V2 pen and I feel like that's a bit safer than if I were pulling from a vial each time. Thoughts on extended storage of a reconned vial in a pen? It's stored in a mini fridge inside of a case, sees light for a total of 1-2min per week.

One month plus nine weeks is about 93 days. So you should be fine. I would still use it, even with a regular vial. And I agree the pen is more sterile.
Yeah I'd get 14 weeks/doses total out of it at 0.5mg, as it was 7mg total according to the COA. 98 total days. I just ordered 10mg vials, assuming I stay at 0.5mg(not realistic) would everyone feel comfortable going 140 days on a vial? In a pen.

You should order little tiny baby vials 🙂

But seriously, 10 mg vials is very low. For 140 days, 20 stabs with a pen would be my max, so it could work fine.

Thought about ordering 5's, but I don't want to have to recon that often. Also, eventually I'd increase dose and be back to like 10 weeks/vial

You couldn't possibly be losing 25LBs/MO on 0.5mg weekly Reta. So it's either placebo (meaning you are forcing yourself to think that Reta is being effective, sort of increase in willpower) or you are doing other stuff besides Reta. So, sooner or later you will find that 0.5mg RETA will not result in any lost weight whatsoever, and you will find yourself titrating up. Never heard a case where someone reached their goal on 0.5mg or even 2mg's of Reta per week.

I have said numerous times that I feel like a lot of this is will power, however the lack of cravings and hunger lead me to believe otherwise. I decided I wanted to stay as low as possible for as long as possible, and understand that I will eventually be titrating up. Once I stop seeing results I'll move to 1.0mg. I'm strictly going off of feel currently, and it feels right.

The only reason I would be less conservative would be if you wanted more effects on labwork, like if you had high cholesterol or triglycerides, prediabetes, or elevated liver enzymes. Or if you have high blood pressure. But the weight loss alone would be helping as well.
