Was that the day after you pinned it or a couple days afterThe first time I dosed 250mcg (1/4 of a milligram), I couldn't eat for almost two days.
Other people need 1-2+ mg to feel it.

Put another way, start low but don’t be scared to bump it up if it isn’t working. just because you see lightweights like @peptideusername here losing it after a measly 1/4 of a mg doesn’t necessarily mean you are going to be such a candy ass; you might need an actual dose to have an effect. The first time I dosed 250mcg (1/4 of a milligram), I couldn't eat for almost two days.

They trialed it as high as 4.5mg. If it works for you low then that is awesome and you should definitely try that first, but I don’t know where this idea came from that people should expect to dose it down in the sub-mg range outside of titration.Definitely start small; some of us it hits hard. You can always add more. There are some people it doesn't hit until 1+ mg and I'm pretty sure there's at least one person here taking like 3mg a week.
I started at half what peptideusername was using (.125mg) and in the end, I just passed it on to some friends. Wasn't worth feeling so sick for me, especially since I wasn't losing any more than before. For most people, it just results in less appetite and maybe some nausea.
As a starting dose? The study I looked at started with equal parts sema and cagri at .25 each. I started lower, knowing both that I'm sensitive and I was already on a higher sema dose. They may have gone as high as 4.5, but they started significantly lower 🤷♀️ And anecdotal reports on this forum also show a wide variety of tolerances. Yah for sure you’ll want to start with a low dose, it would be a very bad idea to take 4.5mg as a starting dose, sorry if i wasn’t clear. My critique is simply that I see a lot of people be like “I’m taking 500mcg of cagri and it isn’t doing anything!” so letting folks know that it isn’t crazy to get into larger doses than that.As a starting dose? Part of it is probably more to do with price- up until recently it wasn't all that cheap for something most people use as a booster rather than their primary choice for weight loss.
Same goes for the "2mg of Reta isn't making me thin" crowdYah for sure you’ll want to start with a low dose, it would be a very bad idea to take 4.5mg as a starting dose, sorry if i wasn’t clear. They often seem afraid of "desensitizing" their receptors in the long term, while also worrying their body will be too sensitive to titrate up. In any case, lots of catastrophizing.Same goes for the "2mg of Reta isn't making me thin" crowd
I'm a baby doser, and even I'm on more than that!Same goes for the "2mg of Reta isn't making me thin" crowd
I took 0.18mg and slept until 11pm the next day. Tried again the following week and slept until 8pm. And no appetite suppression. It's a no go for me.I’m just wondering how long it takes cagrillintide to suppress appetite and if anyone is using or has used it by itself and what were the effects.
On a positive note, looks like you found a very effective sleep aid.I took 0.18mg and slept until 11pm the next day. Tried again the following week and slept until 8pm. And no appetite suppression. It's a no go for me.
I did the same. Been at 500mcg for few weeks now and suppression works well, but still eat, really small. No issues to note. I pin 1x weekly, in the evening couple hours before bed.I started at 250mcg for 4 weeks or so with no effects whatsoever. Bumped it to 500mcg this week and I feel it’s working perfect for me
I just made the mistake of doing 1mg with my Triz 2 days ago. Wanna guess when the last time I ate ANYTHING was???The first time I dosed 250mcg (1/4 of a milligram), I couldn't eat for almost two days.

Might make sense, if you're hitting the max on Reta and stalling or the food noise is getting too much. Cagri does a pretty good job with that. I didn't need to add anything to Reta even though it seemed like my sweet tooth came back a bit switching from Tirz, I was still losing weight or keeping it off. Only negative I've heard on Cagri other than standard sides, is that it seems like the amylin receptor response (or the perceived effect) declines with time. So people tend to use it for a while, titrate up a bit, and move to something else. The standard method is to offset it by a few days from the Reta/Tirz so that you get consistent hunger suppression.late to this ---- could we pair w reta? would that make any sense?
I added cagri to reta pretty quickly because I simply wanted to try it and could get a single vial for a good price. I'm only on about 5 mg of reta weekly, but I noticed the appetite reduction wasn't as pronounced as on ozempic, which I was on previously. I started with 250 mcg cagri per week. Noticed it on the second day, and it stopped me from eating nearly entirely by the third.late to this ---- could we pair w reta? would that make any sense?
I was on 9mg Reta q6d and was noticing my food noise was returning on ~5th day of my cycle. I added 1mg Cag q3d on an alternating schedule and totally lost the food noise and experienced good satiety also. Most effect was apparent on start of 2nd day after inj.I added cagri to reta pretty quickly because I simply wanted to try it and could get a single vial for a good price.
