I have a higher resting HR since being on Reta. I can’t feel it, but I do measure it with my Omron Blood Pressure machine most mornings.

After sitting at my computer for a solid 15 minutes, I use my BP machine to get truly resting values.

Typical BP 104/60s - 108/60s
Typical HR 87-92

My pre-pep resting HRs were always 60-80.

Same, but sometimes my BP is even lower and my HR is higher, like high 90's/high 50's and 95bpm.

Wow. I kinda feel blessed. My b/p has always been low, but it’s dropped since being on Reta. And my heart rate has gone from 58 to 64. 72 if I’m stressed.

That reminds me of the theory that people with lower BPs will have greater HR increase.

Anecdotally my BP has always been low, even overweight, and my rhr went from 95-100 on sema to resting 110-120 depending on how long ago my dose was. It's since gone down to 105-110, and keeps trending down. Still haven't gotten that blood pressure cuff everyone keeps telling me to get though.

I think that’s what I paid for my 13mg kits in a GB. Tested to about 15 but took a couple months vs pgb I’d literally get it next day or the day after that

I 1.5x my dose this week. I’m up to about 3.6. That’s setting well so I’ll go to 4.8 in a couple more weeks. Probably 3. Unless I misremember that was the biggest dose in the study, or close to

I think j5 has some still. I’m sitting on 450mg so I’m set probably until maintenance, since I’ve only got about 15lb to go

Survo might be a good maintenance choice, I haven’t really thought on it much yet

Yes! And just know I found the GB hippies pretty funny 😄 💜 I have to say, you find yourself doing things on this 'journey' you wouldn't have 2 months ago.

I held GB's (and still somewhat) in high skepticism, BUT this was from someone I've been observing doing them, and I got mine FASTER than an order I'd done myself from Uther in the past. And my very good price includes extra testing in addition to Uther's 1 test from that batch.

More importantly: because Survo is only re surfacing, there are not many testing groups at all. And I found out in my deep dive that Jano charges more for Survo testing ($400).
