Has anyone here gotten any results from GHK-CU?

GHK-Cu helps with more than just skin. Immunity, antioxidant, anti-inflammation, wound healing. Pin for the systemic effects and apply topically/MN to treat specific areas of skin/hair.
Would taking it topically and subq cause the 'copper uglies' where it has the opposite effect and depletes your colagen?

I believe this happens because copper and zinc use the same receptors, so if there is too much copper, it will crowd out the zinc at the receptors. Taking a zinc supplement should prevent this.

I'm no doctor, so your best to do your own research on this.

I look younger now than I did a year ago before I started. I started at about the same time I started taking a GLP-1. I was trying to get ahead of possible loose skin and the aging look that weight loss can cause. I don't have any loose skin after losing around 60-70 pounds, and am 54 years old. My hair is much thicker than it was before I even began to lose weight.

However, I also did a lot of other things at the same time to try to prevent sagging:

Ran KPV with GHK-Cu, glutathione, Athena, zinc, and vitamin c. I lost less than two pounds a week, exercised, took multivitamins with extra hair, skin and nails vitamins and minerals. Ate healthy, ate an appropriate amount of protein and added an amino acid/collagen supplement.

So I guess I can't say that it was just the GHK-Cu, and truly, most of us who are using it are also using other peptides/supplements at the same time and making other health related changes.

But at about 80 dollars a year, what have I really got to lose? I'm going to keep doing the same things.
how much u inject per day?

I tried dm'ing you but apparently I still don't have that benefit?
Anyways, I am currently on an Adderall prescription so Ascorbic Acid would be detrimental for me. Can gluta still be reconstituted with anything else?
I’m on adderall and I take glutathione reconned with vitamin C. Adderall is in the morning, glutathione w/vitamin C at night. No issues due to the separation.

So you take GHK-Cu all year round with no break?
I’ve been on it for 6 months without a break. Between that and the glutathione, skin is improved, less crepey texture on my neck and décolletage. Hair is growing faster than it has in YEARS. It’s halfway down my back, even with losing weight.

idk man id rather not risk it especially bc id be injecting straight to my body so idk how long would the vitamin c remain in my body

I'm on my 2nd cycle of KLOW, I LOVE the effects, my skin is glowing and I hardly need to wear foundation. After this cycle i'm going to just do GHK-CU/KPV, no plans to ever stop
That’s what I do now… GHKcu with kpv… love it

It’s a personal preference. I don’t notice a difference in the Adderall response, but this doc still has me way underdosed (every mh doc starts me over on my add meds; I was on 40 mg for years, but recently they insist on starting me at 10 mg and sllloooowwwwwwwly increase it). 🙄

I’ve had gluta waiting in the queue… I think I need to start this… do you do it IM or SQ?. ( 🙏 you say SQ)

will order it, any tips for starters? and what results should i expect?
Expect it to take a little longer to dissolve than other peptides and It smells bad, like cruciferous vegetables but it’s normal. I’ve never had ISRs with it but some people think it can be spicy. Not GHK spicy but from the way people explain it I think has more to do with volume than actual stinging from the substance. I recommend taking it at the beginning of your day. You may get an immediate energy boost that is very clean feeling. Workout recovery is quicker for me when I take. After a month your skin will feel softer to the touch. In three months you will be getting compliments on your complexion and skin tone will be nice and even! Take some before pictures for yourself and compare it for encouragement.

I've been doing .5mg -1mg a day. Four to six weeks on, 3-4 weeks off. I start taking the extra zinc a few days before I start the GHK_Cu cycle, and keep taking the zinc for a few days after beginning the break.

I've been taking 1mg a day for the last couple months. My hair seems thicker than it was but I'm also taking minoxidil. I was taking minoxidil for a long time without the GHK so it's hard to say if it can be attributed to the GHK. Other than that, I haven't noticed much of a difference in my skin. My skin wasn't bad to begin with except a little loose from losing 80lbs. I'd like to think that maybe it has helped my skin to not be as loose as it would have been without it. But that is probably just wishful thinking. Either way, I'm going to stay on it for a while to see how it goes over time. I have so much that I need to at least get through a couple of the bottles so it doesn't feel like I just wasted my money. lol

I used to do it SQ; now it depends on how big the dose is- I’ve had 2 vials that wouldn’t dissolve in 3 mls, so those I ended up doing IM because it was a big injection.

Skin n hair wise?

Ran 2 cycles before,
  • 1st at 3 mg/day, 2 months, 1 nmonth break
  • 2nd at 5mg/day, 2 months, 1 month break

Reconstituted with Bac water first cycle and PBS second cycle. 0 results
Before I waste my money again, have any of u actually see a noticeable improvement when u look at the mirror or the camera

gotten to the point where i m assuming people hyping this up are paid

. I really like the Spartan.

I started on GLOW late last year and been on KLOW since the start of this year. The skin on the back of my hands no longer looks crinkly. I have had salt-and-pepper hair/beard for the last several years —now I am seeing color coming back into my beard and the sides of my head. Crow's feet around my eyes are just about gone. A large spot of actinic keratosis on my left arm has shrunk and is now barely visible. I have been getting compliments on the appearance of my skin as well. Not bad for a few months of nightly 1 mg injections.

I've had two cycles of KLOW and my face is prettier than it used to be.

However, in that time, I've also changed my facial moisturizer formula (added moringa and emu oil), started moisturizing at night before bed, have started using a caffeine under eye serum, have gone from just-into obese to arguably slim, and am deleriously happy in general. So who knows. If I had a twin who'd stayed fat and not done anything different except take KLOW, I'd know more about whether that helped, but I doubt any twin of mine would have not jumped on Tirzepatide when she saw I was dropping weight.

Skin n hair wise?

I'm so jealous of you all. GHK-Cu for me led to...

Benefits:
• Stronger Hair ✅

Negatives:
• Hair that wouldn't bleach at the stylist with the usual strength of bleach, which led to a longer appt., a much higher bill, and a darker hair colour 😡
• Rashes & visible vasculature: Chest, cheeks and nose
• Dark under eyes & sallow skin
• Injection sites would flare and itch nightly (buffering with extra bac. did help this somewhat)
• Also, feel older and saggier; the copper uglies are real 😆

It’s now been a little over a month. Started on GLOW, then switched to KLOW because I always have redness in my cheeks and figured the KPV could help. Now down to just a beauty blend of KPV and GHK-cu.

My eyelashes are longer and more filled in. To the point where it is a pretty noticeable difference. On my head my spots of white hair (not even grey, but actually white) is not growing in coarse anymore and is less color resistant. The slightly saggy old-lady skin I was starting to get on my legs has gotten slightly better, which is saying something since I’m losing weight and that should theoretically be getting worse.

Also, I am pretty sure my elbow eczema should be acting up this time of year and there is absolutely no issue present.

My stomach skin hasn’t improved yet. Site reactions don’t welt anymore but they do itch at random times for days. But I’m definitely interested enough in what this is doing to keep going.

I’ve done a couple of cycles about 18 months ago. My most notable changes were hair growth and thickness and my skin and under eye area looking more dewy and hydrated 🙌

Just thought it mention that I was also using with BPC/TB

I still use BPC/TB on and off depending on what’s happening in my life

Not sure if it is the GHK-CU or the KPV but my Psoriasis is finally shifting and getting thinner, less inflammed and less flaky.

I actually stopped using BAC water on it, I found my left thigh which had an old injury and I had foam rolled a whole heap must have less pain receptiors in it from all the foam rolling I just inject into the left thigh and I get no pain.

Glutathione with Ascorbic Acid has done way more for me than GHK-Cu ever did, and the liver benefits are quite remarkable. I think with a lot of things it has more to do with what you are deficient in as an individual and your age. If you are in your 40s or older and really want to see a difference you can play with HGH. Start with a low dose of 1-2iu for skin. If you want to build and-or preserve muscle then go with 3-4iu. Don’t believe the hype about HGH being any more dangerous than GHK or the various GH secretagogue.
These two aren’t really competing though. GHK-Cu works on the gene expression / collagen side, glutathione handles oxidative cleanup. If someone is running a GLP-1 agonist and doing aggressive fat loss, the ROS load from lipolysis is real — glutathione makes sense there specifically. But for skin texture and tissue remodeling, GHK-Cu is doing something glutathione simply can’t.
