  1. Anyone else a slow burn with reta?

Some people are just slower at losing the weight, don't worry about your friend's progress. 3lb a month is right in the healthy weight loss range (generally given as 0.5 to 2 lb per week).
  2. Eli Lilly plans on seeking FDA approval for weight loss pills before the end of this year; results of phase 3 trial

I would rather take a weekly shot than a pill daily. Especially since it has to be taken on an empty stomach in the morning with a 30 minute wait for food or beverage. That's way too long to wait for coffee.
  3. Temperature

Bac water should be kept at room temperature in a dark place. The reason is the seal can contract slightly in the cold and allow some evaporation of the alcohol - resulting in a lower ratio of alcohol to water, reducing it's effectiveness in preventing bacterial growth. Hospira's rx label says...
  4. New Look Poll

Yep, this light mode liking fossil is on a computer !
  5. WSJ, Lilly’s First Pill for Diabetes, Weight Loss Shows Positive Study Results: The drug helped lower blood sugar and cut an average of 16 pounds

I wouldn't switch, because *for me* a once a week shot is easier than a daily pill. But for a lot of people this is a great alternative.
  6. Stalled

Going from the max dose of Sema to the minimum dose of tirz could be a factor as well. It may not hurt to go ahead and bump up to 5 and see how that treats you.
  7. Single vial sources

When trying a new to me peptide, I also like starting with a single vial. If I like the results, I move forward with kits. There is no feeling scammed, just making a cost/loss decision.
  8. Patients scramble as cheaper obesity drug alternatives disappear

    And thank goodness for that.
  9. Nexaph tirz march promo green tops

I've used the T60 with green tops from Feb. The QR code led to a test that said 65 (ish, off the top of my head - too lazy to go look). Am happy so far :)
  10. Anyone thinking of switching to oral in maintenance?

*For me*, doing a once a week shot is less work / complicated that taking the oral. It has to be taken on an empty stomach in the morning with water (up to 4 ounces of water), no other liquids besides water and then wait at least 30 minutes before eating food, drinking beverages or taking other...
  11. Amazon not shipping insulin syringes to FL anymore?

I also cannot get them shipped here from Amazon, but I have from Diabetic Warehouse, and Diabetic Supply.
  12. Why are there hardly any side effects this time on Mounjaro. Did meds not inject?

Seeing a drop is not uncommon, the dose is bigger than that. It may have been the metformin + tirz combo making you sick the first time around. It could have been taking it in the am vs pm (did you eat first in the morning?). I hope the lack of side effects continues for you :).
  13. If China gets shut down for awhile will India become a possible option

It's not you, just me being juvenile.
  14. Will anything ever bring the early magic back?

That was a fun rabbit hole, thanks for the lead. As a one datum experience, my spouse is mildly bi-polar and has been much steadier since being started on sema. I never made the connection, but your comment def got me thinking.
  15. If China gets shut down for awhile will India become a possible option

Are we still doing 'phrasing'? ;)
