Going from the max dose of Sema to the minimum dose of tirz could be a factor as well. It may not hurt to go ahead and bump up to 5 and see how that treats you.
When trying a new to me peptide, I also like starting with a single vial. If I like the results, I move forward with kits. There is no feeling scammed, just making a cost/loss decision.
I've used the T60 with green tops from Feb. The QR code led to a test that said 65 (ish, off the top of my head - too lazy to go look). Am happy so far :)
*For me*, doing a once a week shot is less work / complicated that taking the oral. It has to be taken on an empty stomach in the morning with water (up to 4 ounces of water), no other liquids besides water and then wait at least 30 minutes before eating food, drinking beverages or taking other...
Seeing a drop is not uncommon, the dose is bigger than that.
It may have been the metformin + tirz combo making you sick the first time around. It could have been taking it in the am vs pm (did you eat first in the morning?). I hope the lack of side effects continues for you :).
That was a fun rabbit hole, thanks for the lead. As a one datum experience, my spouse is mildly bi-polar and has been much steadier since being started on sema. I never made the connection, but your comment def got me thinking.
I don't any leads for the oral version, but I use it sub-q for joint pain(with success), with the added bonus of greatly reduce IBS. I can eat several previously "best to avoid" foods without issue (within reason, I try not to get carried away). I hope you find a source and enjoy improved gut...
I found the throw away bit at the end about an increase in joint pain to be interesting. In my limited reading on a small number of boards, all anecdotal postings are the opposite. Has anyone here found their joint pain to go up when using a GLP-1...
The BPC/TB combo has helped my ankle pain immensely, it is worth a shot (no pun intended). They are very affordable in the grey market. I started with a trial vial of each from a US warehouse and then moved on to getting kits.
Ah, thanks for the rabbit hole. I appear to have missed the drama while I was away.
Since I am not set up to replicate the formulation - important according to the research, simply being 4.0 is not enough, several buffers still resulted in formation. And of course being grey, we have no idea...
Protein really does not affect hair loss - it is likely the associated iron, which is important, that makes people think the protein is the issue. There are several other vitamins that are also important.
Fatty acids are often overlooked - and likely to be reduced and therefore a culprit in...
I've been using BPC157 with TB-500 for tendonitis in my ankles. I am on my feet (standing in one place mostly) all day and would be unable to stand up after sitting down after working. By the end of the week, it felt like a chefs knife was being shoved in my feet.
The combo has made a huge...
Thanks for the additional resource, just a note: their website says 250. Still a good deal though.
I wonder if any of the labs are doing blanks or MS along with the samples.
Are you taking oral progesterone? I've found that being on tirz means I have to take it earlier in the evening. I take it with dinner in order to give it time to be absorbed. I also had my patch dose increased to improve things a bit more (to good effect).
To update my order info: I received my order today (placed 10/07). I will be sending my vial for testing out on Monday.
Honestly, this is faster than I expected.
My name is FTD and I am a peptide addict. I blame y'all - you keep posting about different peps, and I keep diving into the research and thinking I need that for sure, and here we are.
10 months of tirz
A year of BCP-157
A year of TB-500
unknown time of Mot-C and GHK-cu - no idea what my...
%100! That's where I am stuck as well. I have 2 new peptides coming in this week so the NAD is on the back burner for now. (we'll see how long that lasts!😂 )
I am determined to get a cooling one by next summer. This time of year, we keep a fan in the window and the bedroom stays in the 50s most nights. Snuggling under the heavy blanket is heavenly.
In my readings (so far) there is mention to use cosmetic grade for external applications to save money. Only problem with that is - who is a trusted supplier of cosmetic grade?
