I think most of it was discussed on the testing group just before it got nuked. More conversations about it in the usual places.

It was discussed on discords that are not exposed to the open web and indexed by Google the way this site is
it's disappointing that this person (who i won't name here) is pretty much refusing to share any information (even if heavily redacted) when asked about it in multiple discords and is now relying on the "trust me bro, i've been doing this a while, i've got connections" response.
too many things now for SRY being caught up with for me to consider them again, but this story after further digging looks fishy. looks and feels like this person just had an axe to grind.
Yeah.. I saw that this morning. I didn't think the questions being asked were too invasive. They just wanted a bit more info....

Thanks. I do respect your opinion in the matter. I thought the whole thing was made up beforehand; it sounded too absurd. However, considering what you say, on balance, I find that what was described likely happened. I find that happens often concerning this area: I hear about something that people here are all worked up about but which sounds fishy to me. However, the folks here turn out to be right.

I have no idea if the hot package thing is true, but at this point, there have been too many issues with SRY that I don't see a point in ordering from them again. There are too many other reliable vendors not involved in multiple scandals that I can order from rather than ordering from a place that can't even go a few days without breaking news.
can someone share more details about #2? did the person telling this story share any details about why sry was mad at them?

Someone, who had never purchased from me and therefore was never a customer, attacked my members and insulted me. I responded to the abusive words. I think this is wrong. I should have solved it in a better way and I apologize for not being as professional about it as I should have been.
Second, there are allegations against me and SRY being made. Allegations saying we send illegal drugs, labeled and declared as such, to people in order to get those people in trouble with the government and customs. The allegations are false, unequivocally false. I have never sent any such labeled and declared illegal products to any customer's address. This is very strict in China, which is not good for me or SRY. No official proof has been provided demonstrating that I or SRY did such actions. Again, these are false allegations. You can rest assured, I nor SRY would do such things. I don't need to do that. Doing that would not be good for any company. There would be no useful purpose in performing such actions.
In addition, regarding the postage, I made an announcement. If anyone meets the post office to collect postage, please contact me, with receipts showing it was for a SRY package, and I will bear all the expenses. After consulting the American warehouse, I was told that the post office would spot-check the packages to check whether the weight shown on the label matches the actual weight of the package and check whether the label name matches the actual name. If it is different, it will lead to new bills. “Fake postage” is not what happened. However, I have replaced the American warehouse to prevent similar things from happening again and will continue to address concerns if any more pop up.
Rest assured, in the future, I will control my emotions and enhance my expressive ability. My reputation is important and my true actions and how I take care of you, my customers, speaks more loudly than false accusations can speak. Thank you for your support and understanding!"

I found a discussion in The Swiss with the person, who sure seems to have made it all up — along with his name? — because he’s peeved about something. That appears to be the consensus, so the representation that the person is very well respected seems…. Really off.

I believe the smear campaign on SRYLAB is fake news.
The story doesn't make logical sense and it doesn't pass Hanlon's Razor. Someone who has self-admittedly received 20+ customs letters already receives one more. There's absolutely no way to attribute this behavior and action to Alan.
Long story short, it is my belief by the evidence I have seen that this person falsely accused Alan of hotpacking. And was unable to furnish any evidence to prove this allegation.
Besides, why would you hotpack someone with a box marked "steroids"? Hypothetically, if anyone was in a position and motivated to do such a abhorrent task, wouldn't you put something harder than "steroids" in the pack? Why would Alan spend 50 dollars to hotpack someone when it just results in a toothless letter from customs?
Alan has pledged to make people whole who were shipped items that were not accurately weighed and short on postage. The story of "counterfeit" postage seems to be a stretch, and the items were simply underweight and shipped Ground Advantage. Shipping is expensive so the difference between 12 an 13 ounces is about a buck, and it just skyrockets up to a pound. So I assume it was an honest mistake by his US Warehouse shipping department. Perhaps a scale is in order, or a flat rate box?
And for the record. If there was wrong doing here, I'd grab a pitchfork as fast as anyone and fry Alan/SRYLAB. However, I just was unable to make sense of the narrative. Not to mention this "hotpacking" incident was over a month ago, so why are we hearing about it now. And when pressed for proof (such as redacted letter from customs, or more incriminating screenshots) the person became defensive and withdrew from the conversation.

I've been all over the map on this one. I posted something contrary to what I'm writing now just a few hours ago. However, at the present time, I'm willing to give SRY the benefit of the doubt. Or I'd be willing to give SRY the benefit of the doubt if not for the fact that I did not have about 2 months of Zepbound in the refrigerator, about 3 months of compounded tirzepatide in the refrigerator, and 1 year, 8 months of tirzepatide vials in the freezer (assuming that I went up to 15 mg per week; I'm currently taking 5 mg). I also note that SRY appears to be the least expensive reliable vendor other than QSC; I made two recent purchases, one from SRY and one from QSC. Although what I bought from them was identical, it was cheaper from SRY. I do think SRY should do more than reimburse people who had to pay missing postage; perhaps giving them a $25 credit wouuld be in order. I would like for Alan to respond in the Vendor Connection forum here; I had to rely on int96 to post this for me to learn Alan's response.

I have searched and searched for evidence. It looks like to me that it was a disgruntled customer that felt lied to about a purchased that got flagged in customs. There is no way a parcel labeled as narcotics etc to notify the shipping service would even make it out of China or a domestic shipping service. That would mean anyone could just send a package labeled snort candy to any address and get the occupants in trouble? I find that highly unlikely. I would like to see cold hard proof of this. The package? The notice? The conversation?The fine/citation? Anything of the sort.I have placed orders from @Srylucy for several thousand $$ for friends and family for probably close to a year now and I have never had an issue other than a tested vial was under filled for which they refunded. It is so easy to fabricate stories so vile that can cause harm we see it in Today’s world more and more. I have learned not to believe everything from one source. Also a competitor could easily fabricate this to cut out pricing competition.SRY has been keeping QSC busy with promos and price competition.

I've searched his name across several discords, and I don't see any meaningful engagement. Only troll behavior.
While he may be a long-time respected character, I believe he is lying here. And he is unable to provide any evidence to the contrary. Besides, logic wins and his narrative doesn't even make logical sense.
