With a 9 day half-life Teso is definitely a low and slow pep. This is the first I have heard of these side effects. What was your dosage?

With Tirz, Cagri and Reta, my BP is 99/62 in am, 109/72 pm. Was over 140 before. HR 70-72, was near 80 before peps. I did read about temporary HR increase with Reta, but no increase so far.

I stopped taking teso in preparation for switching to Reta, actually. The heart rate increase with Reta was already worrisome and the increased HR on teso would have just compounded it. I titrated up on Reta while going down on tirz so I didn't end up with that kind of washout gap you're...

The other challenge is inconsistencies in pill dosage for a 500mcg it could be 400mcg or 600mcg all in the same bottle. It's called Teso roulette. If you are just starting, I recommend you start low (like 125mcg) for a couple of days to see how you react. The pills are small through and hard...

A few people that I have seen around the forums that take it long-term dose every 2-3 days. This reduces the total teso in your body but doesn't do anything to help you clear it from your body faster.

With the long half-life (like 9 days) you still have Teso in your system. If you took 500mcg for >10 days it will not completely clear your system for over 80 days. This kind of shocked me when I put it into my half-life spreadsheet. On the dosing side the amount of Teso in your body...

Yeah, I like teso, but I can't take it for more than a couple days before it starts fucking with my sleep. So I only take it a couple times per month as an alternative to adderall.

I’ve been on 300 mg, but it was years ago. The 150 is enough without causing any problems. My problem is that I can’t handle stopping bupropion. It feels awful. Horrible anxiety. It’s just easier to stay on it. There may be a way to titrate off slowly enough, I just haven’t explored it.
