A few people that I have seen around the forums that take it long-term dose every 2-3 days. This reduces the total teso in your body but doesn't do anything to help you clear it from your body faster.

With the long half-life (like 9 days) you still have Teso in your system.

If you took 500mcg for >10 days it will not completely clear your system for over 80 days. This kind of shocked me when I put it into my half-life spreadsheet.

On the dosing side the amount of Teso in your body keeps increasing for like 5 weeks dosing every day. So taking a 500mcg daily dose after 5 weeks you have over 6mg in your body and then it starts to level off.

It sounds fantastic, I would love to access it, but I’m still navigating reliable suppliers etc this shared experiences and info on this Thread is really good.

The other challenge is inconsistencies in pill dosage for a 500mcg it could be 400mcg or 600mcg all in the same bottle. It's called Teso roulette. If you are just starting, I recommend you start low (like 125mcg) for a couple of days to see how you react. The pills are small through and hard to split into four. Also, I would stick with pills and not capsules as they are easier to splt.
