  1. Thinking of adding Cagri alongside my Tirz, what's your experience?

Honestly I don't have an opinion yet, that is why I said I was curious. I am type 2 diabetic and down 90 lbs since I have started with about 10 lbs to go to my original goal weight (subject to change once I get there). Was thinking about supplementing triz with Cag as well. however I am at 15...

Thinking of adding Cagri alongside my Tirz, what's your experience?

Not true Cagri has a 7.5 day half life, tirz 5 days and reta 6.5 days,
  3. Thinking of adding Cagri alongside my Tirz, what's your experience?

Hmmmm interesting, did you have any side effects?
  4. Thinking of adding Cagri alongside my Tirz, what's your experience?

...Cag lasts 5 days. Tirz is up to 6 days and Reta up to 7 days. Ayyyyye, I don't see anything wrong with OP's thoughts or your opinion. To each his own? 🤷‍♂️ It would make sense to do Tirz until max dose at 15mg, then switch or take along with, cag/reta/teso/or other "tides" to help assist.

    Another Teso ADHD Story

...it. Thanks, Ma. 8 years of wasted life there with doctors throwing the kitchen sink at me. Anyways, what I find curous about this is that the teso seems to have SNRI properties. I tried one years ago, welbutrin, when I wasn't happy with sertraline because of the sexual numbing. It made me go...

...work out, as I sleep in my gym clothes and get into my workout before even being awake enough to talk myself out of it. Took my fourth dose of Teso this morning. It was still enough in my system from Saturday to keep me reasonably productive yesterday. Went and ran 5 miles yesterday morning...

...not a good time of year for mood. So perhaps I set myself up for failure. Best I can tell is my dopamine is fragile, and needs more support. Tesofensine is on my short list. I am very interested in how the combo works for you. (Reta or any Glp-1 w teso.) For me: In the short term work is on...

    Another Teso ADHD Story

Thanks for posting. I am undiagnosed, but I suspect I have ADHD and have had therapists casually reaffirm my suspicion. I do well when I take adderall. Sometimes certain stimulants just make me dizzy. My interest is piqued, and I'll likely be checking into this.
  9. Another Teso ADHD Story

...a nap, and still have the energy to go out in the evening. That has literally never been me. So suddenly being able to move and think and do on Teso is completely wild. I did my research before starting but I’m baffled. This stops reuptake of several brain chemicals. Does that mean...
  10. Teso and Reta

Teso work, even on its own if u r fat due to bad eating habits. Its pretty pricey in the usa these days it seems.
  11. Teso and Reta

I first thought this thread was about tesA. I don't know about teso, but 1mg 5 on 2 off of tesa I think is working for me. My scale says my visceral is down 3 points from 5 weeks ago. How my scale knows this is a mystery in itself, but I'm taking it as good news anyway

Retatrutide plateau / Adaptation or resistance to reta

"Low and slow" for teso too since you are already on 12 mg of reta. The 9-day half life of teso is something else. It takes a long time to reach steady state (making it tempting to raise the dose), and longer to clear, which is a problem if your HR spikes (which is more likely being on both...

...options seem to be sema or cagri for stacking with reta at that dose. Cagri more as like a cycle eventually since it tends to poop out. The teso seems like a decent idea to me as an additional add-on, and it's also sold in oral liquid form at Umbrella Labs (and even more expensive...

But have not seen many encouraging reports about Teso. So far Sema works best for my hunger, food...

What Percentage of Body Weight Have You Lost?

Thanks for the information! Hugely helpful. I just added sema on the third day after my current 15mg weekly dose of tirzepatide and I really like the feel. I'm going to try to ride this stack as long as possible and then add a third medication.

What Percentage of Body Weight Have You Lost?

I started with Tirz for about 6-8 months. Lost @ 70 lbs my first year. I then added Sema for more appetite suppression. Eventually added Tesofensine. The last addition for the win was Cagri. I am still on all of the above but working my way down in my mg dose. I have stopped the Tesofensine...

    For Science! (reta + stacking)

I went with the capsules since I'll only be taking it for a week. I believe people's bad experience with tesofensine sides may be due to it's crazy long half-life and prolonged use, or dosing too high initially because they're not feeling a lot right off the bat.

    For Science! (reta + stacking)

Interesting. I have used taurine and electrolytes for cramping while on AAS. I have been meaning to try teso for a while now. The liquid form for oral use (like from Umbrella Labs) is easier to dose, like when wanting a much lower dose to mitigate sides.

I've seen a few people say that pinealon worked well for them when dsip didn't. For new teso testers keep in mind this stuff has an 11 or 12 day half-life, so don't start off blasting it and as soon as you think you may be experiencing bad sides related to it stop taking it, as it will not let...

I am on Teso right now. 500 mcg, day 4. Definitely gives me energy, a little scattered but still useful. I'm getting more done now than I have in a long time due to Reta fatigue (off Reta for the past month). Teso is supposed to restrict your appetite and it is so far. It is also reported to...

    Thoughts on stacking Reta/Tesa/5-Amino?

I should mention, I'm not using Tesofenesine. I'm using Tesamorelin. As for your message diogens, I appreciate the concern, certainly. However, I'm getting my bloodwork frequently and there's be many good anecdotal reports on 5amino. One mans trash is another mans treasure, and it's certainly...
  33. Thoughts on stacking Reta/Tesa/5-Amino?

I like this stack and did it for a couple months back in December/January, along with SLU-PP-332 on occasion. No adverse side effects for me at all. I've been using Reta/Teso for about 10 months now and intend to add the 5 Amino back in as soon as I acquire some.
  34. Thoughts on stacking Reta/Tesa/5-Amino?

I don't see why you would add teso and 5 amino. You haven't even hit stable blood level for 4mg reta yet. I think you should first find the right dose of reta. This might take another two months. It's likely you'll get all the weight loss you want. Teso Tesofensine works for weight loss, but...

This. Decades of Adderall use resulted in tachycardia in my 40s. Stopped taking it and it resolved pretty quickly. I've managed unmedicated which creates its own kind of stress, mostly in the workplace. @moonpies4misfits Did you test it? How did your RS perform on it?
  36. Teso is awesome (update: for a while...)

I've been on Teso for a week, and my resting HR has dropped by 10bpm! This isn't what you would expect, right? It rose roughly by 10bpm after I started taking Tirz, so it's good to be back to normal. I am taking 250mcg of Teso per day, and 5mg of Tirz per week.
  37. Evaluate my pepstack

You could cut back on the items that have less evidence, such as AOD. The trials showed this doesn't really do anything. You could try Teso to help break the stall.
  38. Teso and Reta

Teso is great at the start, but like others have said it catches up to you. I started out at 250mg every day because that was the dose associated with less side effects from the study I read. Two weeks later I split that dose in half to 125mg every day, two weeks after that I went to 125 EOD...

    Teso and Reta

Why? Reta is a very power med all on its own. Teso is dangerous due to the 9 day half-life, I have also never heard of anyone that was on it longer than a couple of months, It's great the first few weeks but that half-life catches up with you. Both meds are also known to increase your...

    Is Tesco otc

Tesofensine is not available OTC or anywhere else aside from research vendors, and as far as I know not approved anywhere so "pharma grade" is more of marketing catchphrase than an meaningful measure of quality. Thoughts on tesa?

I loved everything else about GH, but It made me fuckin drop, and I already dont sleep enough and thats not changing soon enough for me to take GH again. also - if Tesa has some mechanism that specifically targets VAT the way it does, GH itself doesnt neccesarily do that. if I have a reta or...

    Thoughts on tesa?

A similar thing easy to forget in the peptide hype is that it takes longer with peptides, compared to traditional taboo pharma like stimulants and AAS. Teso would fall under traditional pharma too, compared to the peptide tesa, which has a longer timeline:

    Suggestions for ADHD Combined Severe

Not a suggestion as I am not qualified to make one. Tesofensine is being studied for ADHD treatment- but it has many things to consider and is currently not approved. TLDR: The potential impact of Tesofensine on the ADHD treatment landscape could be significant. If it proves to be effective...

    Anger issues with Tesofensine

yes. I had to discontinue research with Teso after about 3 weeks for that exact reason. I have adhd and it felt similar to how Addy made me have terrible mood wings and irritability. For some of us it just has unpleasant effects on the brain chemistry.
  50. IndividualPickle

    Anger issues with Tesofensine

Teso is a reuptake inhibitor. An SNDRI to be more precise. It doesn’t directly increase the amount of any neurotransmitter, it slows their reabsorption by blocking transporter proteins on the presynaptic neuron. This keeps the neurotransmitters in the synaptic cleft longer, increasing their...
