I’ve had food poisoning causing diarrhea before. But I had to wait until I was on tirz for the diarrhea to be so severe that I passed out from low blood pressure and could not stand upon awakening after passing out. I did manage to crawl to the phone and call 9-1-1. I was quite happy when the...
Here is an updated version. I'm struggling to learn as much about mazdutide as I can before my first order arrives. It's supposed to arrive on Monday.

I tried that and nothing showed up. ( will say that I'm not worried whether PGB will send the mazdutide that I purchased. Also, FedEx has already received the package.)

Am I reading this correctly as meaning the mazdutide has quite weak GLP-1 effects? I hope that's what it means because I'm stacking with tirzepatide and the GLP-1 effects of it keep me from raising the dose.
Which GLP-1 drugs most strongly affect the GLP-1 system? I know between tirzepatide, retatrutide, and semaglutide, semaglutide is the strongest. My FEELZ test says that tirzepatide more strongly affects the GLP-1 system than retatrutide but that's not based on reading anything scientific...
I am happy with SRY. I also didn't get burned by them, although that just has to do with when I purchased from them. Assuming they reenter the marketplace and fix things with stiffed buyers, I'd then gladly buy from SRY again.
Here are some scholarly articles on mazdutide. I included hyperlinks to the full articles for most but not all of the citations. I used bold type for the article that I believe to be most revealing.

If you want to lose more than 15% of your pre-tirzepatide weight, I could see why you might want to try to retatrutide instead. Much of the bad side effects of these medicines come from their GLP-1 action. Semaglutide has stronger GLP-1 effects than tirzepatide. Tirzepatide has stronger GLP-1...
My understanding is that Alan's reputation is that he delivers for a good deal but is extremely slow to do things, including getting back to customers. I never purchased from him myself.
This is not what's recommended, but if I'm going to withdraw a certain number of units, I'll inject that much air plus another another 10%. I find that makes withdrawing stuff easier.
The recommendations on youtube from medical folks is that you inject the same volume of air. Since I'm not...
Maybe. But Tracy (QSC) is making good money right now. If possible, they'd like to continue making it. Then an incident may happen a year and half from now or so. Then Tracy will reappear six months later. Tracy knows that many folks will buy despite knowing that he stiffed previous buyers...
Yes, if you lurk in the grey world, you will eventually be scammed. (I'm using the term "scammed" loosely to include situations where you don't get your stuff but the vendor didn't necessarily intend to defraud you at the time you purchased.)
I got burned with QSC.
By reading about...
I believe the safety standards practiced while producing GLP-1 peptides are low. Due to how the medicines work, the nature of lyophilized peptides, and their subcutaneous mode of administration, the dangers are still relatively low. I'm also trusting Chinese folks to be less likely than...
I know that I'm prohibited by the rules of Peppys from posting their stuff. However, I think I'm allowed to include hyperlinks to their password protected site. I'm including the hyperlink to the html summary page for Lab FAQ Guide with Janoshik Analytical. Once you get to that page, assuming...
I'll only purchase from vendors who have a minimum purity percentage of 110%. If the vendor is not going to make an effort, why should I buy from that vendor.
Some folks says that vendor-supplied testing is useless. While I don't go quite that far, any time that you use a vendor-supplied test, even if it's a reliable testing company and the COA shows up as being real on the testing company's website, you're still relying upon the vendor having sent a...
Here is one post about ZLZ. It is from the former moderator of this forum. https://glp1forum.com/threads/trump-signed-an-order-stopping-the-de-minimis-rule.3056/post-53344
You seem quite angry about what I said. However, your post didn't seem to address what I actually wrote. While you accuse me of having done no research, I have read posts by Peptide Tests and Janoshik explaining how to read a COA from them. Do you want me to start testing these in my own...
GYC is a little more expensive than SRY and SSA were before both of them went kaput. Still if I needed to order peptides, I'd likely buy from GYC. Considering that I have few years worth of peptides in my freezer, I'll delay ordering for now.
You may wish to address some complaints:

I remember when several vendors at the same time shipped vials that contained no peptides. Most of those disappeared. In contrast, GYC stopped accepting new orders. GYC ended up sending new peptides to folks. For grey vendors to have problems of some sort is to be expected. However, they're...
While my liver enzymes have generally been higher since starting reta, I didn't find any strong correlation. Instead of doses, which varied because I would change the number of times administered per week, I'll instead share the calculated levels of reta and tirz in my body on each date...
I wasn't seriously criticizing youTube as a source of information. I, however, hate having to watch videos for for something that I can read. (I make an exception for instructions on how to physically fix something or how to put something together.) That's just me personally. It doesn't mean...
Sorry for having a tone that bugs people at times. I do care about people and try not to be offensive. But some things I do will offend people. I do like this forum for its directness. Although I'm on the Meso board too, I frequently have to skip over the chest thumping. I'm not a big fan of...
I had never experienced diarrhea on tirzepatide. Then one day, after getting food poisoning while on tirz, I had awful diarrhea. How bad was it? I was unable to stand to because I had become so dehydrated that my blood pressure was super low. Although I didn't know it until later, I had...
I believe my chances of having allodynia is much higher than the general population due to me having autism. No, I don't have allodynia. I may find a particular fabric annoying or painful, or my find some contact with my skin painful, but no more than people in general do. I didn't have it...
