    Considering Survodutide

Shipping costs for PGB: Some of the single-vial sellers also have good prices for trying survo (like $27 for 10 mg and $35 for 12 mg), and at least a couple GBs may still have leftover, in-stock survo kits.
  3. Considering Survodutide

That’s a good price. I can’t remember their shipping tier pricing but I think you’d have to pay the lower shippigg by cost unless you got two I think that’s what I paid for my 13mg kits in a GB. Tested to about 15 but took a couple months vs pgb I’d literally get it next day or the day after...

How many people still use Sema?

So you don't end up disappointed later on, reta doesn't do a whole lot of suppression for quite a bit of people. It mainly controls how much you can eat, but you will most likely be hungry frequently

How many people still use Sema?

My hubby is doing really well on sema. I'm on tirz because the sema didn't agree with me. I may give a small amount another try though for additional suppression as I get further in the tirz journey before going to the more expensive reta, survo, maz, cagri options.

Have you noticed Tirz tolerance developing over time?

I stacked by adding reta to my tirzepatide. But now my ALT levels are 10 times the upper limit of normal. While the doctor believes that reta is probably not the cause of my increased ALT levels, I agree and am following his recommendation to stop taking reta until my levels return to normal...

Have you noticed Tirz tolerance developing over time?

...So there are always options if one burns out on tirz. Like switching to reta over time (taking both reta and tirz for a while). Or if you take cagri with reta (or cagri with tirz+survo), you are hitting five receptors (two with cagri and three with reta) instead of just the two with tirz.
  13. Anyone trial >12 mg Reta or stalled on high dose reta?

I guess maz does relatively well (comparable to survo) despite its least-impressive GLP value since it requires higher doses than survo and the other GLPs. That's actually a good point because the "weaker" agents like Sema and Maz aren't necessarily weaker at higher doses, especially when...

At some point, combinations must be complementary rather than competitive/antagonistic. Otherwise, you could just stack Sema, Tirz, Reta, Bioglutide, Survo for an 11X receptor agonist. The primary downside to this approach is that you could end up weighing zero (RIP). 😴

...Yes, there are other benefits, and that is a great point that I forgot about. While more GLP-1 activation would have diminishing returns at some point for things like inflammation and bloodwork results, adding glucagon activation (by taking reta or adding survo or maz) would help independently:

The big appeal of survo is stacking with tirz. Survo and tirz would compete for GLP-1, increasing GLP-1 activation. If appetite suppression is already adequate, what additional benefit would increased GLP-1 activation from Survo + Tirz produce beyond straight Tirz or Reta?

Survo(dutide) is a GLP that activates GLP-1 and glucagon. There is a survo subforum here for more info about it. Make sure that when you transition to retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "GLP-3")") titrate down on the GLP2 back down to 2.5mg over a four week period. Then start on a 2mg dose on retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "GLP-3")"). Starting at that point you can determine if the dosage is strong enough for you.
