    High-Dose Tirz Weight Loss

Survo(dutide) is a GLP that activates GLP-1 and glucagon. There is a survo subforum here for more info about it. Ghetto reta usually refers to stacking tirz with survo, as the combination hits the same three receptors as reta. Mazdutide with tirz is also seen as ghetto reta for the same reason...

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing reviews as well as test results. Any time a new vendor appears on the scene it's always a bit of a risk and a waiting game to see how things are going to turn out. I'm also hoping that part of the transition to paid advertising is going to motivate...
  4. Mazdutide & Survodutide - new GLP-1's

Make sure that when you transition to retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "GLP-3")") titrate down on the GLP2 back down to 2.5mg over a four week period. Then start on a 2mg dose on retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "GLP-3")"). Starting at that point you can determine if the dosage is strong enough for you. Everyone is different when it comes to retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "GLP-3")").

    Retatrutide Journey Pre to Post

I spent way too much time trying to find the article I read last night about the potential effects of going backwards from a triple agonist to a dual or single — and I still can't find it, but I know I read it. Along the way, I ran into a few AI-generated summaries, but I don’t really consider...

When is the right time & how to wean off Tirzepatide

I’m maintaining on 15 mg tirz but would like to pare off about 8 more pounds. 5’11” 65 yo male, started at 275, now 183, aiming for 175. Sugar is starting to interest me again, so I’m contemplating options. Will probably attempt a managed transition to reta in the coming weeks. My tirz stash...

Tirz to Reta - feedback pls

Wow, 80 lbs is amazing! Huge congrats on pushing through that far, especially with two kids and the insurance drama. That kind of stall must be so frustrating, especially when you're clearly doing everything right with diet and lifting. I'm curious how the transition to Reta ends up feeling for...

Tirz to Reta - feedback pls

Anecdotes. But there have been many people who started at split dosing and got better results after switching to roughly weekly. (I prefer 6 days) I'm not saying it's proven, but it's plausible and not weird to have a certain responses only triggered at higher peak concentrations. Don't be...

If you look on the retatrutide subreddit on Reddit, weight gain switching from tirzepatide to Reta is very common place. You need to titrate up to a higher dose of Reta before results begin again. There is transition period since Reta works as a triple antagonist vs a dual one. Give it time

    New stack

What concerns me the most about stacking tirz with reta during a transition would be reta's glucagon receptor (GCGR) activation, since that is completely unknown to me as a tirz user: OTOH, plenty of people who have type-2 diabetes are on at least several medications that work in different...

Stacking from the big 3+ ?

Reta does increase HR/RHR. I do not and have never tried Reta because I have heart issues. Imo, I feel that you just might be happy taking tirz. It's a wonderful med and you can mix the two or just transition into taking tirz alone. I've been on tirz for 8 months and have stacked sema to break...

I was on 2mg tirz but it worked phenomenally. And then I found out about grey market and retatrutide. Decided to buy a reta kit from nexaph but not feeling the reta at all yet which I understand is normal. Should I stay on tirz 2mg while I titrate up?

Curious How Long You've Been Losing Weight

May 30th, 2024, to date, down 64lbs with roughly 45 of it by November 2024. Goal is 5 lbs away. Been at 15mg Tz since December 2024. Introduced .125 Cagri begining of April 2025. Maintenance very soon. Will transition to Reta/ Cagri at that point.
  17. Considering stacking Tirz and Reta

Literally stopped Tirz and started Reta. Although I was at a low tirz dose (2.5 mg) so the transition was pretty seamless. And was on Tirz alone for under 2 months.

If you were a newb... would you start with Tirz or Reta first?

I’m only at 6 mg Reta and I have no food noise. I was stacking Tirz and Reta to start- 2reta w/4 Tirz- transitioned to Reta 4, then 6 when I ran out of Tirz. But I’m one person.
  19. If you were a newb... would you start with Tirz or Reta first?

Just my personal opinion. . . Reta at low doses doesn't have as good appetite suppression. But, I love the active fat burning. I would, and have, stacked Tirz and Reta. Reports are that when you hit 6mg of Reta and above the appetite suppression kicks in and you can transition fully to Reta...
  20. If you were a newb... would you start with Tirz or Reta first?

I'd start with reta and then tirz for maintenance once I reach goal weight. Currently 7 months into tirz, 7mg, and starting reta soon. Losing about 6-8lb/month. I feel like transition to reta is going to be a pain in the ass.

Who is currently or was previously above a 15mg dose?

I moved up to 15mg Tz in late January. Current, slow loss, almost a stall, 10 lbs from goal. Last couple weeks, no scale movement. Oddly, Heart rate appears to have increased slitely during the 15. My game plan hasn't changed. I'll stay at 15 until goal, then transition to Reta w/ Cagri...

Will anything ever bring the early magic back?

I read that if you did a 6week wash out you would be able to re-start at lower doses. I was at 10mg. I washed out for 6 weeks and re started at 5mg. When I did that, I gained 8# and it took me a month to regain forward progress. 🤷‍♀️. I'm still loosing, just not as rapidly as before I think its...
  27. Will anything ever bring the early magic back?

I started Tirz in July 2024 and it's been a successful ride so far. I am still losing, or not gaining, albeit slowly. Lost 45 pounds and about 15 or 20 to go. I've stayed at 12.5mg till now, and I'm ready to go to 15mg on my next dose. But i've also been stacking cagri or cagrisema on day 5 of...

Who is currently or was previously above a 15mg dose?

...My plan is to max at 15mg for a few months to see where that gets me regarding goal. If stall occurs again following 15mg max out, the plan is Reta transition w/ minimal Cagri stack. If goal weight achieved, plan for Reta maintenance bi weekly or weekly. I'll have to research at that time.
  29. Semaglutide to reta dosing equivalent

I know there's no direct comparison, I just wanted to know the experience for those that have made the transition. I have been on 1mg of semaglutide successfully for 6 months. Good appetite suppression, good weight loss. Started yesterday on reta to get rid of the few extra pounds. As I read...

Ok, I’m bored. And semi addicted. What’s next?

I should have been more clear, because I was talking about multiple substances in my original comment, but I think I was asked about teso and was answering about that. I'll edit it to make it more clear I worked up to 4mg of Reta back in June before I stopped, so that could probably use a...
  34. Ok, I’m bored. And semi addicted. What’s next?

That seems to be the common starting out Reta experience - more hunger and people eating more, but they report still losing once you get up to the higher doses (6mg+) - lot of people saying youll gain a little back during the transition but itll work itself out on the other side after a couple...

New to Reta - starting dose?

I wouldn't stack outside of maybe a transition period. Reta and Tirz are both EL products. If it made sense to have higher ratios of GLP1/GIP in Reta, they would have done it. The reality is that you're likely to lose muscle as well as fat by adding one to the other.

I took my first ZZT TZ injection this morning. No issues so far, but I usually don't feel anything until the next day. To Stack or Not to Stack? That is the question... Tirz + Reta?

While I didn’t experience nausea on Tirz until the higher doses, it is usually encouraged to get up to max dosage before stacking. Perhaps trying a slightly higher dose than your current 6 mg split into 2 doses, or stay at 6 mg but inject every 5-6 days. But if your nausea gets unbearable, you...

For what it's worth, I had a similar journey in 2023. 80#/6 months. Tirz 5mg the entire time. Reached goal wt in October, & dropped down to 2.5/wk. Decided to try reta in Jan 2024 after reading multiple reports of thermogenesis. Definitely liked tirz overall, felt great, but was always cold...
