It looks like they're prepping to launch a new site. They'll take orders from previous/trusted customers through other means, but they also said they wont begin shipping again until after Feb 18th.

They rename every 2-3 months. I think it's just part of their general strategy and not necessarily driven by specific occurances.

At the very least, the compounders have facilities that have been approved by the FDA to do compounding, and are required to source from an FDA approved list of vendors if I remember correctly. I don't think there's much more to it than that at a basic level.
