A lot of lifestyle changes. Still a work in progress, but pretty happy with where things are headed. I’m back to the weight I was in high school.

Incredible! Drop the details when you get a chance. Any substances used, macro splits, workouts, etc.

Insane job, man!

Thanks! Just added the details at the bottom. No other substances. I keep it pretty simple to be honest. A lot of muscle memory from younger years when I worked out heavily.

WOW- you look like a different person. And amazing results with the bodyweight exercises - I love that and it’s inspiring cuz honestly I’m not gonna join a gym or have a home gym, but I love body weight stuff. GREAT JOB!

It's always lovely to see someone who looks great relying on calisthenics! Congratulations and I hope your situation continues to improve

Man, now that is a transformation! You should be very proud of your transformation. Looks like you're in Marathon running shape. I still have 43lbs. to go on my journey. Started at 249, currently at 198. Going for 155lbs.
