1st time order with Henan

I placed an order on Friday afternoon. It is Tuesday evening and still no shipping info…
How did you pay?
Did you use Cora?

I paid through Alibaba. I ordered through Cathy.
I was told by 2 different contacts at Henan that if you pay by bitcoin you'll have the order processed before any credit card payments.
I received my order back in February in 10 days.
Did you use Cora or someone else? How long until you paid until they sent shipping info?
I used Cora. I received the next day.
I have a number. But I would wait until I have received mine. Need to be sure they are actually sending and not a scam.
Was that before the big X shutdown?
Yes it was before. It was in February.
Yeah I think they are all backed up on orders as people are looking for a new place to order from at the same prices as they were paying 🙂

Received what the next day?
I just ordered from cora, I heard it's a Chinese holiday this week so sure nothing will get shipped til next week, see alot of people using them so hope they realize to make customers happy and make sure products are pure to keep their business rolling in like it is
I have let her know that many are waiting to hear about how a few of our orders go before they make a purchase. I was told the same thing about a holiday and most are off. Should be shipped next week. Holding my breath

I just got a response from Cora, because I ordered on the 29th and haven’t heard since. She’s great at communication.

Yeah I heard the same thing. Ordered on Monday with bitcoin because I was told those orders would be shipped 1st. Now they are on holiday until Monday. Starting to get worried that they are taking all the old X customer orders and don't have the supply

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of doing business with Henan Tengmao...
Cora is the only one of their reps who followed the rules for signing up here as a vendor, and even though a number of other supposed HT reps have signed up and tried spamming the forum, I would recommend against using them and suggest sticking with Cora as your point of contact.
I have no experience with Cora or HT personally and I am not recommending buying or not buying from them, but given the number of scammers trying to impersonate many of the Chinese suppliers it's usually best to stick with the better-known reps whose contact information can be verified on multiple sites like Cora.

When I made an inquiry for price on their website I was contacted shortly after by Cathy.
I believe there are 3 email addresses their sales team uses. All variations of the same email address. One has a number 1, another has number 2 and another has number 3.

I personally went with them because I saw a recent (March) COA posted on another forum. I liked the quantity and purity I saw.

I’m not getting anywhere paying through Alibaba today. I ordered through Q and no problem with Alibaba! I’m working with Mia who is doing fine.
