30mg Sema vials

I don't know who you've been talking to, but the majority of people I've talked to over the last 8 months run 2-3 months out of a recon'd vial, and I've talked with several others, including vendors who have been doing this for decades, who use stuff that's been in the fridge for 6 months without issue.
I found that my home-grown pencillin doesn't work unless it has at least a little mold in it.

I'll trade you my 12.5mg vials for your 30's, then you won't have to feel bad, lol jk

Sema has a 5 day half life - that's why it wans at day 4/5. I'm honestly a bit shocked you are getting any help at all from .25mg!

I went 3 weeks on each dose and didn't notice any help at all until I hit 1mg.. then experienced what you are - about 4 days of help.

Don't be in a rush to increase your dose if it's working for you! If you are getting adequate help for 4 days on .25mg, I'd say try another .25 3-4 days out from first dose. Milk that low dose as long as you can! Then it will take longer to work up to the full dose and you'll hopefully reach your goal before you have to switch or add something else.

I don't think it ever lasted a full 7 days for me, I was always eating more and snacking on days 6-7.

15 months later I'm up to 3.5mg weekly with .75mg cagri 3 and 5 days after.

I've stalled twice... First time cagri broke my stall, second time I increased from 2.4 to 3mg, then to 3.5mg and that broke it.
I lost most of my weight in the beginning on .25 sema and was on that dose for 4-5 months.

I'm entirely envious!!

It's taken me 15 months to drop 60#. Though I'm disabled with severe chronic pain. Had this stuff been around when I was able-bodied and working 60-70 hours a week, I'd prob be anorexic, lol.

Congratulations! I am SO sorry about your condition. I hope you find some pain free days...

Don't be. I had about 40-50 to lose. I lost the first 25 on that dose. I SLOWLY lost another 10.. over YEARS. I have been on Ozempic for three years now. I am here because I need to do something different. I am maxed out on 2.4mg which I take Sunday. I have been taking 6mg tirz Weds (not working.. either AR's stuff sucks or I have a high tolerance at this point). I gradually bumped from 2mg as I was never sick on sema. I just may be lucky and not get sick on GLP-1s.

I am having some thyroid issues and started meds. Gained 5 lbs. and I am out of my mind atm. I told myself I am going to get through the holidays and this weeks business trip without worrying about this shit... start new on Monday. I am bumping to 7.5 next week just to see if different tirz works ( I have a few vials of TCI and Nexa now). If not, the following week I will go to 10mg. I also have some Cagri to add, or some teso... or some SLU. :ROFLMAO:

I have been doing a ton of research, reading and asking questions before I do anything or add anything on January 20th. I have some decisions to make.

The beginning of this journey was EASY.

The beginning of this journey was EASY.

I was able to break a stall with cagri, but if I take too much it just wipes me out the next day.

I'm currently working on a switch to Reta and up to 4mg for 2nd week. Once I start noticing the reta kicking in, I'll reduce/drop the sema and/or cagri. I do get a bit of energy from it for like 2 days after dosing, but 4mg just isn't enough.

This stuff is weird... Low doses work for some, and others end up using Tirz, Sema, Reta, and Cagri all at the same time. Sounded crazy to me when I was fresh and first heard it, but I'm seeing it now.

Another thing I've heard people try is 2-3 months off, then start over. I'm afraid I'd gain 10# a month if I did that. But after 3 years, you might find it resets your receptors.

I hope you get the thyroid issue worked out, that can cause a variety of issues. It's a never ending battle... as soon as we fix one thing, 2 others break.

As for the pain, I've been working with a guy who has 10x the issues I do. Surgeries on ever level from top to bottom. He's on like 12 peptides, lol. I started TB/BPC 6 weeks ago and it's really helped a lot. About to add DSIP and then a few others to see if I can knock out some pain.

If I can get skinny and kill the pain, I'd gladly stick myself 20 times a day with double doses... Forever! It sure beats the alternative.

But I get it - it depends on where you are in life, in your journey, what you have to lose, etc.

I've already lost everything, lol and back when I was active in addiction, I used a lot more than others. If that didn't take me out, I'm not afraid of peptides.

I saw the 30mg vials and wondered how people were using them. Like it's a family pack in case multiple people in the household are using it (joking of course don't share vials?) I think I saw a study of higher semaglutide dosages so there might be people going over 2.4mg. Cost wise it makes the most sense. Maybe crack one open and split the powder into 2?

The chef is on 3.5mg, and it looks like people are using them for 3+ months if stored properly.
Honestly, I don't get why people don't share the vial with family. If you wipe the vial before and follow sterile procedures, what can possibly be the issue?
I don't see any issues with preparing two injections instead of one, but maybe I'm missing something.

You aren't missing anything. If you are wiping with alcohol and drawing with a new needle/syringe, it doesn't matter who it goes into. You could share a vial with 5 people and it makes no difference whatsoever.

Unless you live with Oyster - then you may want your own vial - and keep it locked up 🤣🤣🤣.

I haven't been in here for a while and don't know where all this nonsense is coming from, but from this limited interaction, there seems to be some misinformation floating around in here. It makes me wonder what else is floating around...
