Anyone here ever done clinical trials for money (lab rat for hire)?

Just curious how your experience was with the entire process. Interested to hear about any kind of clinical trials, not just GLP-related.

I responded to an ad about an oral GLP drug test in my hometown. In fact, that's what led me to look into gray and started me down this rabbit hole. I went to the intake appointment, started through the testing and they admitted that study was full. I was hit with a hard sell to be part of a study that I frankly don't remember what it was for, but it involved a liver biopsy. That was a HARD NO GO for me. Maybe I wouldn't have reacted so strongly against it, but the "lab" where I went for this process was disgustingly dirty. So much so, I was uncomfortable about a blood draw and declined any further tests since the GLP1 study was full.

Yeah, not gonna lie liver biopsy would be a hard pass for me… I take care of patients that are post liver, biopsy, and resection sometimes. Way too high risk of bleeding for a non-medical purpose

How about bone marrow biopsy?
