Woke up took mot-c
Had a 1.5 hr dog walk
Had a 1.5 hr light light light gym session including deep stretching
19 minute sauna
Then went to a icy mountain river with friends and did a few dips
Really shocking the system acting ampk in every imaginable way
Then bed. Woke up, did more mot-c, took glycine, NAC, psyllium husk, and electrolytes and went for a 5km jog with the dogs, lots of walking.
Feeling great, hope my body got something good out of it.
Really hoping to make this a monthly thing.
