Anyone with tesamorelin experience?

I’ve had better luck with tesamorelin than ipamorelin/cjc1295. Following some extensive reading about the clinical trials of Egrifta (brand name), I’m almost through a 26 week run of tesa- 2 mg daily, 5 on, 2 off. Between the tesa and tirz, melted off a ton of both visceral and subq fat. I recon 10 mg tesa with 2.5 ml BAC, pin 50 units (2 mg) before bed Mon-Fri.

Good luck!

Thinking of giving tesamorelin a try just wondering if anyone has had any experience with it and if so was it good/bad any side effects that sort of thing?
I have been pinning tessa/ipmorelin for about 4 weeks. I am on 20 mg of tirz. I want to avoid more muscle loss from the weight loss. The first week I just used tesa by itself. I noticed a definite increase in my resting pulse rate. I noticed I fall asleep faster but I woke up a little more often than normal during the night. I stopped losing noticable muscle mass after starting. I am a little more hungry from the ipmorelin. I am getting close to my final weight goal. I am hoping to turn the visceral fat weight to muscle. So far I am happy with it although the pulse increase scared me a little.

At the moment I am just on Reta but even on this I have noticed a slight loss in muscle mass not enough to be seen visually but I do measure myself and have lost almost half a inch on my biceps which is why I’m wondering if switching to tesamorelin could be better and also help get rid of the last bit of stubborn belly fat that’s left. My plan was to stack Reta with CJC no dac + ipamorelin for muscle retention and TB 500 for muscle recovery as I do quite physical work + working out and was going to throw GHKCU in there aswell just for better skin not sure if you know much about stacking but does this sound like a good stack for what I’m trying to do?

Yes that was my gripe with ipa - food noise started coming back (on 15 mg tirz) and I stopped losing.

We have very simular situations. I have a very physical job as well. I swim and work out quite a bit also. From everything I read tesa is better than CJC. Mixing with Ipamorelin supposedly makes tesa work much better. I have only been using it for about a month but I believe it's definitely working at keeping me from losing muscle mass. My strength seems to be increasing also. About 3 weeks ago I started ghk-cu and bpc. I just added kpv and tb500. Old injuries seem to be getting better. Less pain might allow me to lift heavier weight. Or it could just be the tessa/ip. I am probably adding Peps too fast but so far it has been great.

That’s good news then that means I can get it out the freezer and give it a whirl.
I was also concerned about adding in peps too fast and too many at a time just out of curiosity what is your pinning routine?

Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, all did zero for me. I don’t think any of them can make a measurable difference. How old are you, and do you have any health issues that would prevent you from taking regular, proven HGH rather than wasting money on a bunch of ineffective secretagogues of GHRH analogous?

I’m 26 and don’t have any health issues what would you suggest?

You are so young that you probably produce a good amount of GH on your own and don’t really need any of it. You would probably see benefits in your skin, and burn some visceral fat with 1 to 2iu HGH daily about an hour before bed on an empty stomach. If you are you trying to build serious muscle, then maybe 3-4iu. I would never go above 4iu at 26 years of age.

If you are curious, I would get blood tested for IGF-1 to see where you are at. I did that even at my age of 48. Fitomics (which has direct-to-consumer lab ordering) was the cheapest for IGF-1 testing, even with their membership fee. Most guys are curious at least about their testosterone level, and primary care is used to ordering that.

Personally I give the credit for reduced pain, healing and better workout recovery to BPC and TB500, with GHK and KPV assisting. I started those first and got relief. Speedier workout recovery especially noteworthy. I only added the ipa and tesa later for fat burning.
