I have been pinning tessa/ipmorelin for about 4 weeks. I am on 20 mg of tirz. I want to avoid more muscle loss from the weight loss. The first week I just used tesa by itself. I noticed a definite increase in my resting pulse rate. I noticed I fall asleep faster but I woke up a little more often than normal during the night. I stopped losing noticable muscle mass after starting. I am a little more hungry from the ipmorelin. I am getting close to my final weight goal. I am hoping to turn the visceral fat weight to muscle. So far I am happy with it although the pulse increase scared me a little.Thinking of giving tesamorelin a try just wondering if anyone has had any experience with it and if so was it good/bad any side effects that sort of thing?
At the moment I am just on Reta but even on this I have noticed a slight loss in muscle mass not enough to be seen visually but I do measure myself and have lost almost half a inch on my biceps which is why I’m wondering if switching to tesamorelin could be better and also help get rid of the last bit of stubborn belly fat that’s left. My plan was to stack Reta with CJC no dac + ipamorelin for muscle retention and TB 500 for muscle recovery as I do quite physical work + working out and was going to throw GHKCU in there aswell just for better skin not sure if you know much about stacking but does this sound like a good stack for what I’m trying to do?I have been pinning tessa/ipmorelin for about 4 weeks. Yes that was my gripe with ipa - food noise started coming back (on 15 mg tirz) and I stopped losing.I have been pinning tessa/ipmorelin for about 4 weeks. I am on 20 mg of tirz. We have very simular situations. I have a very physical job as well. I swim and work out quite a bit also. From everything I read tesa is better than CJC. Mixing with Ipamorelin supposedly makes tesa work much better. I have only been using it for about a month but I believe it's definitely working at keeping me from losing muscle mass. My strength seems to be increasing also. About 3 weeks ago I started ghk-cu and bpc. I just added kpv and tb500. Old injuries seem to be getting better. Less pain might allow me to lift heavier weight. Or it could just be the tessa/ip. I am probably adding Peps too fast but so far it has been great. That’s good news then that means I can get it out the freezer and give it a whirl. We have very simular situations. I have a very physical job as well. I swim and work out quite a bit also. Nice thanks for the insight really appreciate it wishing you the best of luck mate20 mg tirz 1 x week

Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, all did zero for me. I don’t think any of them can make a measurable difference. How old are you, and do you have any health issues that would prevent you from taking regular, proven HGH rather than wasting money on a bunch of ineffective secretagogues of GHRH analogous?Thinking of giving tesamorelin a try just wondering if anyone has had any experience with it and if so was it good/bad any side effects that sort of thing?
I’m 26 and don’t have any health issues what would you suggest?Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, all did zero for me. I don’t think any of them can make a measurable difference. You are so young that you probably produce a good amount of GH on your own and don’t really need any of it. You would probably see benefits in your skin, and burn some visceral fat with 1 to 2iu HGH daily about an hour before bed on an empty stomach. If you are you trying to build serious muscle, then maybe 3-4iu. I would never go above 4iu at 26 years of age.I’m 26 and don’t have any health issues what would you suggest?
Personally I give the credit for reduced pain, healing and better workout recovery to BPC and TB500, with GHK and KPV assisting. I started those first and got relief. Speedier workout recovery especially noteworthy. I only added the ipa and tesa later for fat burning. We have very simular situations. I have a very physical job as well. Woah didn’t expect 9lb… do you have to pin it Monday to Friday or can you do it every other day and see if that makes a difference?Another side effect of Tesa/ip I forgot to mention earlier is it causes me to retain water. I pin it from Monday through Friday. I take a break Saturday and Sunday. From last night to this morning I lost about 9 pounds of water weight. I guess it takes a couple of days for the water weight to start comming off. (Peeing like crazy!!) I wonder if it is a side effect of the tesa/ip or hgh itself. Does anyone taking hgh have that side effect?
That is a good question. It did take 2 days off before it was peed away so I don't think 1 day off would do much. It was strange. I started thinking the tirz was stalled. I started thinking about stacking cag or surv. I was greatly relieved after peeing out 9 lbs. That brought my weight down to a new record low by 2 pounds like normal. What a relief. The tesa/ip is just temporary till I lose visceral weight and protect muscle mass. So far it seems to be working as intended.Woah didn’t expect 9lb… do you have to pin it Monday to Friday or can you do it every other day and see if that makes a difference?
Okay appreciate the insight sounds like it could be a good option for me temporarily as a alternative to HGH for presentation purposesThat is a good question. No significant differences were observed between groups in relative insulin response over the 12-week treatment period. At Week 12, fasting glucose, HbA1c and overall diabetes control were not significantly different between groups. In addition, relevant modifications in diabetes medications were similar between groups. Total cholesterol (-0.3±0.6 mmol/L) and non-HDL cholesterol (-0.3±0.5 mmol/L) significantly decreased from baseline to Week 12 in the tesamorelin 2 mg group (p<0.05 vs. placebo). No patient discontinued the study due to loss of diabetes control
That’s great to know - thanks for sharing. Getting updated lab work tomorrow to see if new statin dose lowered my LDL - if it’s down I can always credit the tesamorelin! From 2017, a signification reduction in cholesterol, in a 12-week study of tesa, given 2 mg daily (vs 1 mg or none) in TD2 patients (≥50 years of age):

I had a similar experience. Started taking Tesa/Ipa a few weeks ago. At first 1MG/day, 5 days a week. All was good. But last week I increased to 1.5MG/day and could tell I retaining water. I actually added a pound of weight during the week and I started thinking the Tirz had stalled. But then I rested this past Saturday and Sunday and my weight this morning, Tuesday, was 5 lbs lighter than it was on Saturday. That is a good question. Just started Tesa last week, and I too can feel the water weight. Prior to the GLP1 adventure, I have been taking hydrochlorothiazide for years as a first-line blood pressure treatment, and when I would forget to take it, the biggest sign would be edema in my ankles. With Tesa, it feels very different, I can tell the water retention is in my core. Subtle but weird feeling.
Anyway, first few days I would have to piss very frequently, peaking every 30min for a while, and no longer than 4hrs at night. It seems to have settled out to 3-5hrs but that's still pretty bothersome. OTOH I can tell the fat metabolism from Tirz/Reta is continuing by the color and smell, so... yeah, bad water out....
(FWIW, Tesamorelin 2mg + 0.2mg CJC1295noDAC + 0.2mg Ipamorelin, nightly a few hours after last food. Aiming for reduction in visceral fat/too much torso stuffing in the bear. I can feel bodily conditions changing, but it'll be a few weeks before I have some sense of the effect, and can connect the sensations to the outcomes. Weird to watch and wait.)
