I'm a male 44 192 and today 137.3 kg
And live in Europe, Belgium, Antwerp
My current poison off choice is mounjaro 2.5mcg
I will start first jab tomorrow (Friday night)
I have started with mounjaro as my doctor prescribe it to fight my morbid obesity.
After extensive research I feel that in the future Reta would be a better choice(liver reset/visceral fat ).
But I want to go through the first few weeks on triz.
But for now this is my weekly checking page

BMI: 36.8
86.7 kg muscle
46 kg fat
Water weight 62.2kg
Visceral fat score 6.4/20
------questions and worries---
My current weight and the recovering injury (shoulder issue)makes resistance training a challenge.
I want to slowly building it up, after a few kg fat loss.
How to battle the old "habits" around food. Not feeling hunger helps a bit. But hunger is not the only driver to stuff myself.
