Cagrilintide sides: Anyone have advice?

Thanks for letting us follow along in yall's journey!

I took my first dose (.33mg) on Monday morning, I had some fullness that afternoon. But yesterday I had good appetite suppressant and minor today. I too consider myself a non-respondent. Sema didn't do anything for me and tirz had minimum effects at 15mg, so I'm hoping this does the trick before trying reta.
I got some MOTS-C, mostly just incase the fatigue sets in but it would do good for some extra energy.

Good to hear the Nexaph cagri is working. I have a kit that I am setting aside for future use, possibly in tandem with Reta. For my nausea due to Sema, I've found that my food choices are as important as keeping hydrated with electrolytes. I have to limit my meals to one or two sides at most. So oatmeal for breakfast, chicken breast for lunch, etc. And in my case, definitely no eating in the 3 hours before sleep.

I split it to 0.125 between two days and didn't have sides. All normal mostly.

Will try a single dose next time.

Next week I’ll do the .33mg again. The following week, I’ll consider increasing. I only have a single vial of it for now. I didn’t want 10 vials if I didn’t respond but so far so good. At the end of the month I’ll consider a kit, likely from Nexaph too.

Started my Cagri and it’s been working great for me no side effects apart from being tired the day after then I’m totally fine with pretty good suppressant. I stack with my Tirz that I take Sunday then on Thursday I dose my Cagri 0.25 both from SRY, which btw doesn’t have deadly opiates in it since they’re manufactured in totally separate facilities & I get tested for opiates bi weekly… just saying! lol

I'm at 7.5mg dose of Tirz and .25 of Cagri did nothing. I did .5 the very next day and had a noticeable appetite suppression effect with no nausea or other side effects. I might step it up to .75 mg Cagri next week if I start getting noticeably hungrier.

Can I ask where did you get it from? I am embarrassed to say that I got mine from Amo about two months ago because they had it in the US and I was impatient. I have felt nothing from the Cagri on day 5 of Tirz starting at .25, .5 and now 1mg. Either this med isn't for me, or this is garbage product from Amo. I did not test.
Amo Cagri from that period has been anecdotally reported as working by many of people.

What has your entire titration schedule looked like? What dosages are you doing and when?

Whoa, 1 mg. Tell us more. Any nausea? How's the fatigue or other side effects?

I really hate the tiredness from some of these peptides, it's kind of a huge bummer in spite of the huge benefits. And it's pushing me into a whole world of other peptides to fix the SE's of the initial peptides...

Just heads-up/FYI: Amo Cagri rc'vd last week (Nov. 7) + working as expected. no PH issues. This week was first Amo jab, prev. was Skye Peptides (highly rated/trusted, top source). Am doing Amo Tirz (7.5 mg total wkly after titrating up since June) and Cagri (.6mg after titrating up since August, now Amo), weekly w/split dosing of Tirz. Effective, with losses continuing (down 58lbs) since June.

Felt nothing at .25. Felt tired the first day on .5mg. Supringly enough, wasn't tired with the 1mg. Could be my body getting used to it. Had very good supression to the point a protein bar made me feel nauseous the next day. That wore off after a day or two. Then back to eating normal.

I've had an interesting time with cagri. Still cant figure out if it's worth it for me

i am starting to think that i should have just adjusted my tirz schedule to every 5 days instead of supplementing with cagri. it knocks me on my ass for 2 days and kills my appetite for 2 days, i'm not sure it's a good trade.

but now i have 10 vials of 5mg cagri which is going to take me awhile to get through at 0.25 and 0.5 per week haha.

i've seen a couple people on reddit who said they accidentally started at a higher dose of cagri and then when they went back to a normal dose it didn't seem to work. somebody just posted there that they accidentally started at 2.5mg instead of 0.25. i hope they are ok.

I just reviewed my log and I was wrong, evidently I started at .1 which was what felt like nothing. Then did .25 the next day and felt good appetite suppression. So I guess a .3 to .5 dose is the sweet spot for me so far.
