Cagrilintide sides: Anyone have advice?

Started my Cagri and it’s been working great for me no side effects apart from being tired the day after then I’m totally fine with pretty good suppressant. I stack with my Tirz that I take Sunday then on Thursday I dose my Cagri 0.25 both from SRY, which btw doesn’t have deadly opiates in it since they’re manufactured in totally separate facilities & I get tested for opiates bi weekly… just saying! lol

I'm at 7.5mg dose of Tirz and .25 of Cagri did nothing. I did .5 the very next day and had a noticeable appetite suppression effect with no nausea or other side effects. I might step it up to .75 mg Cagri next week if I start getting noticeably hungrier.

Can I ask where did you get it from? I am embarrassed to say that I got mine from Amo about two months ago because they had it in the US and I was impatient. I have felt nothing from the Cagri on day 5 of Tirz starting at .25, .5 and now 1mg. Either this med isn't for me, or this is garbage product from Amo. I did not test.
Amo Cagri from that period has been anecdotally reported as working by many of people.

What has your entire titration schedule looked like? What dosages are you doing and when?

Whoa, 1 mg. Tell us more. Any nausea? How's the fatigue or other side effects?

I really hate the tiredness from some of these peptides, it's kind of a huge bummer in spite of the huge benefits. And it's pushing me into a whole world of other peptides to fix the SE's of the initial peptides...

Just heads-up/FYI: Amo Cagri rc'vd last week (Nov. 7) + working as expected. no PH issues. This week was first Amo jab, prev. was Skye Peptides (highly rated/trusted, top source). Am doing Amo Tirz (7.5 mg total wkly after titrating up since June) and Cagri (.6mg after titrating up since August, now Amo), weekly w/split dosing of Tirz. Effective, with losses continuing (down 58lbs) since June.

Felt nothing at .25. Felt tired the first day on .5mg. Supringly enough, wasn't tired with the 1mg. Could be my body getting used to it. Had very good supression to the point a protein bar made me feel nauseous the next day. That wore off after a day or two. Then back to eating normal.

I've had an interesting time with cagri. Still cant figure out if it's worth it for me

i am starting to think that i should have just adjusted my tirz schedule to every 5 days instead of supplementing with cagri. it knocks me on my ass for 2 days and kills my appetite for 2 days, i'm not sure it's a good trade.

but now i have 10 vials of 5mg cagri which is going to take me awhile to get through at 0.25 and 0.5 per week haha.

i've seen a couple people on reddit who said they accidentally started at a higher dose of cagri and then when they went back to a normal dose it didn't seem to work. somebody just posted there that they accidentally started at 2.5mg instead of 0.25. i hope they are ok.

I just reviewed my log and I was wrong, evidently I started at .1 which was what felt like nothing. Then did .25 the next day and felt good appetite suppression. So I guess a .3 to .5 dose is the sweet spot for me so far.

I tend to discount personal claims that a product either works or does not work to prove that a manufacturer's product is defective or not. That's what testing if for.

This week I had almost no side effects

Weighed today, - 4 pounds where two weeks it was 0, then - 1. That means I'm about 15 pounds total down.

Right now my stack is: Monday = 0.5mg Cagrlintide, Thursday = Trizpetide 5mg
Does the half mg last a whole week?

So someone has a chart on how it's best to do two shots spaced through the week to curb your appetite in a better fashion so I do

0.5 MG Cagri Monday / Trizpetide 5mg Thursday works for me

Thanks, I’m just starting to research cagri. I do my tirz 2x a week already so it’s no big deal to do the cagri on a similar schedule. I’ll start with .25mg

i wouldn't start with 0.25mg twice a week at first. some people get the fatigue and some people don't seem to, but if you get it, it is rough

i got some skye coming tom. i cant wait to try it! super nice dude on the dms from skye also.
how long after mixing the cagri can you inject it? like overnight or hours?

Do you feel any different? Did you get sick or tired?
Tirz is taking away some of my energy. Stomach a bit more acidic, like I had too much coffee. I pop one antacid/calcium tablet about an hour before bedtime. Tirz really slows down my digestion near the end of the day. Does not fell like Cagri has changed anything yet.

I too have used cagri. I got some from QSC and I had 2 vials from another source. I also take tirzepatide 5mg/week. I'm rather sensitive and dont need much more of the tirzepatide. I started at 0.3mg of cagri and have gone up to 0.6mg. I would go slow for sure......again, for me i have noticed an effect even at low doses of cagri. at times I debate whether to just go on the retatutride train but the tirzepatide seems to be doing it.....with or without cagri.

Monday: I added excerse this week, been lazy and busy to do it but it's new years so ya know.

Considering that I've been losing a pound a week I wanted to see if it would do much. Ofc it did. Lost 6 pounds this week

Cagri 0.16mg stacking is working. Less appetite and slower digestion. Maybe a tad nauseous when I eat. Cagri or the combo? Is doing its job. Was never nauseous with Triz before. Weight loss has not picked up pace yet.

Was recently loosing only 1.3lbs per week. Started Cagri at 0.13mg/week 10 weeks ago, increased 0.04mg each week, now at 0.48mg every 6 days. Still a tad nauseous a few days after, but much less. Also going Reta 1.4mg/week, and Tirz 10.4mg every 5 days. Took 3-4weeks before Cagri/Reta made a difference. Loosing 1.5+lbs per week again. 33 week average is 1.58lbs a week. I doubt I can get back to the early days of 2 lbs per week on Tirz.
