I’m just wondering how long it takes cagrillintide to suppress appetite and if anyone is using or has used it by itself and what were the effects.

The first time I dosed 250mcg (1/4 of a milligram), I couldn't eat for almost two days.
Other people need 1-2+ mg to feel it.
It varies from person to person and you won't know what works for you until you try it.

Was that the day after you pinned it or a couple days after

Put another way, start low but don’t be scared to bump it up if it isn’t working. just because you see lightweights like @peptideusername here losing it after a measly 1/4 of a mg doesn’t necessarily mean you are going to be such a candy ass; you might need an actual dose to have an effect.

Definitely start small; some of us it hits hard. You can always add more. There are some people it doesn't hit until 1+ mg and I'm pretty sure there's at least one person here taking like 3mg a week.

I started at half what peptideusername was using (.125mg) and in the end, I just passed it on to some friends. Wasn't worth feeling so sick for me, especially since I wasn't losing any more than before. For most people, it just results in less appetite and maybe some nausea.

I started at 0.13mg a week, six months ago. For peps, I often start with only a 10% dose to test my tolerance. The appetite suppression started within a few days. Even at 0.13mg, I felt quite nauseous for a few weeks, less later on, but still present. I stopped 3 weeks ago (was at 0.9mg a week). I had a nice burger and it now tasted good. While on Cagri, a lot of smells I could not tolerate, like beef. It was suppressing my appetite, but in an awful way, for me. I normally never get nauseous.
