That fits with generally accepted guidelines regarding injections: SQ, up to 1 ml; IM, up to 5 ml. Beyond that you go IV. My simple workaround for my 10 ml cerebro dose - two 5 ml pins, one in each thigh. For self administered IM, I’ve found the sweet spot to be the thighs, pin while seated - about a third of the way between knee and hip, off center to the outside of the leg.

I noticed that, too, but realized the 5 mL recommendations are mostly for conditions that aren't listed on that site, like ADHD and cerebrovascular insufficiency.
 
I've been interested in this for over a year and could only find either Russian sites or people saying that anything else is bunk.

Think I'll be buying this one; not for stroke or anything like that just that I'm a "high performer" with low drive and an inability to think creatively ...feels like I am covered in a fog.

There is Nootropicsbase and VEV that appear to have the real thing in ampules.
 
Well, it arrived today, after 9 weeks. I'm kind of amazed it did, with the entire label in Russian except for my address and the words
Cerebrolysin Solution listed right there. 🤔
Now I have a decision to make, whether to start this now, or wait for the P21 I have coming in the next week or so. I ordered that after I kinda gave up on this.

The Chinese Altra Pure cerebroprotein hydrolysate ampoules I received have a 2 year manufacturing to expiration date. Which is typical in the peptide world. As we know from Peter Magic, reality is a lot longer for peps, so I can’t imagine cerebro any different if you keep it at steady temperature and avoid exposure to light.
 
So, now that it seems everyone has received their cerebrolysin, what do y'all think?

I did the full 100 mg. MAYBE there was some improvement with reading comprehension when looking at boring stuff like peptide studies, but my overall memory actually seemed to get worse. It's possible that it just happened to coincide with a sudden change in hormone levels, though, as some other hormonal symptoms started at the same time. Or maybe the Cerebrolysin triggered the hormone change 🤷‍♀️
 
That doesn't sound good. Hormone issues can manifest as a number of symptoms, including brain fog, so that could be it. Might be time to get that checked out, if you haven't yet.

I haven't started yet. 😞 Turns out I need surgery in a couple weeks. Nothing major, but I don't think I want to be researching it before anesthesia, and it would also interrupt the protocol. And I have P21 coming next week. I ordered that when I thought my delivery was lost, so it may be a month or two before I start.

I have my annual check-up for that next month. I expect she'll make some adjustments to my HRT.

I'll be interested to hear about the P21 as well.
 
Good luck on your checkup. I have P21 arriving, but I also jumped on a P21 Adamantine GB and that should arrive next month. That will be interesting and I'll report on my research.

No, my head might explode. 🤯 I've just heard good things about P21 and I think I'll start with that first. P21 was originally derived through epitope mapping of Cerebrolysin. It's synthetic can be used IN. Then I'll do the cerebrolysin in several months.
