I found a new weapon in my arsenal against GLP concrete. 3-4 tablespoons of chia seeds in water or liquid of your choice (stir them up and let them sit 20-30 minutes) works better for me than anything else I’ve tried. I’m more excited than I am letting on, because if you read my posts on this thread, it was getting scary. Don’t know why the chia seeds work so much better but I’m not going to wonder, I’m just going to keep doing it- nothing else worked consistently so I was bouncing between extremes. This isn’t extreme. And there are nutrients in chia seeds as well as fiber.I had to do some antibiotics a few weeks back. Went from constipation to diarrhea and then back to constipation. 🤣 Actually, making sure I get enough fiber and water usually does the trick for me. But when I was on my recent cruise, I was so glad I brought benefiber and miralax packets with me. Then it was back to "fiber flakes" cereal for breakfast instead of omelets or eggs benedict. <sigh> So disappointing. 😞
