What if you don't have a debit card? We've never had one, and don't really want one.

Other forms of deposit will work but take a little more time to clear for external wallet withdrawals.

You can do a bank transfer but it has a waiting period. You could always try one of the prepaid debit cards you can buy at the grocery store. I don't see why one of those wouldn't work.
