Week 6:
I decided to continue at 0.5mg again, I'm still seeing good progress, though the rate has slowed. I am totally okay with it, as it is a healthier rate of loss!
I'm having no problem staying in a defecit. I eat when I am hungry, and stop when I am full. I'm no longer part of the clean plate club! I have broken that childhood eating disorder that my parents caused. "Don't waste food! Eat all your food, you want to be big and strong!" 🙄
I haven't been to the gym in about a week and a half, as i was going with my brother and he hurt himself. So I am not seeing any increase in muscle mass, but also not losing any. I am hoping to get back to the gym this week.
Down 2.8lbs this week, averaging 1300cal/day. Still feeling great every day. Getting much more restful sleep, have plenty of energy throughout the day. I am expecting to receive KLOW80, CJC-1295/IPA 5/5, and RT10 in the next week or so. I'm interested to see how the new peps affect my daily life.
