Any thoughts on how this may affect the research tirz? Sounds like compounding pharmacies will have to discontinue. https://www.reuters.com/business/he...-very-soon-bloomberg-news-reports-2024-08-01/
China may continue to make it, but I think the problem may be in getting it past US customs inspection. Right now Lilly probably isn't losing enough $$ to research triz to worry about it too much. That may change when the hordes of current compound triz users are forced to either A) Go off the med B) pay Lilly's exhorbitant price for retail or C) find another source.Yes, this would effectively end compounding tirz… I suspect China will still make it. Unfortunately I also suspect Lily will pressure the Chinese government to crack down on its non- Eli Lily production since China approved the drug in May of this year. It will be interesting to see.

Getting through customs will not be difficult. Had to tell a peptide from cosmetic chemicals. We live in a country that cannot stop Fentanyl...China may continue to make it, but I think the problem may be in getting it past US customs inspection. Of course not China supplies precursor chemicals in large quanties to Mexico well … Chinese government even gives them manufacturers tax incentives …..::We live in a country that cannot stop Fentanyl...
I had a patient at the walk in clinic I work a couple weeks ago that overdosed on compounded tirzepatide. She took 10 mg of it . She hadn’t taken it for over six months, but for some reason kept it. She was on compounded semaglutide and mixed them up. Severe dehydration, nausea, vomiting , diarrhea, muscle cramps, dizziness. She looked horrible.::: didn’t call the local news though lolI figure if enough people are successful in moving to research, you are going to start seeing a lot of 5 o'clock news pieces about people hurting themselves using research peps. True or not I imagine the next step is to try and put the screws on the end user since it will be too hard to stop it coming into the country, just like fent.
Not sure what the screws are going to be but I would not be shocked to see peps put on the controlled substance list.
I'm skeptical. Some people are a mess and some have mental issues. Some people take other things and are not forthcoming. I hate to see a good thing slandered.I had a patient at the walk in clinic I work a couple weeks ago that overdosed on compounded tirzepatide. She took 10 mg of it . Bruh...My wife was doing so well and starting to look hot again when they stopped the party.
A friend's wife was on Wegovy. It had been on backorder for months. When she started taking it again she did at her ending dosage... just 1.7mg. She was so sick. I knew exactly what was going on and told him to get her to an urgent care... he didn't. She suffered for 5 days straight vomiting, dehydrated.. everything you stated.I had a patient at the walk in clinic I work a couple weeks ago that overdosed on compounded tirzepatide. That's my biggest concern. I'm hoping to have enough in the freezer to last a few years by the time that happens.I figure if enough people are successful in moving to research, you are going to start seeing a lot of 5 o'clock news pieces about people hurting themselves using research peps. Heart valve damage is pretty big side effectI'm skeptical. Some people are a mess and some have mental issues. Some people take other things and are not forthcoming. I hate to see a good thing slandered.
The fen-phen was an excellent drug that helped millions but had to be taken off the market because a hand full of people had some problems. I was so pissed off. My wife was doing so well and starting to look hot again when they stopped the party.
That's awful, but, dare-I-say almost reassuring, in a way. I was afraid that once you build up a tolerance to the meds it could take at least a year or 2 before they might be effective for you again. Maybe if the tirz stops working at the high doses I could do something else for a few months, then go back to tirz? I have a absolute horror of going back to constant food noise, zero appetite control, hungry-all-the-freakin'-time, food-addicted, obesity land.A friend's wife was on Wegovy. Yeah it was horrible for her. Toradol, Zofran a s 2 liters of fluid helped ……A friend's wife was on Wegovy. It had been on backorder for months. how many. 6 people? out of millions the drug helped. how many died without access to the drug?Heart valve damage is pretty big side effect
What is your comfort level when it comes to how long it might last in the freezer? I have considered doing this a few times but always stop myself because I just can't stand the thought of buying a bunch of peps that will either go bad before I can use them or wont need to use at all. That's my biggest concern. Everything I've read says max 2 years in a -4 freezer. Inderfinitely in a -80 degree lab freezer. What is your comfort level when it comes to how long it might last in the freezer? Adderall Is just as bad and they prescribe the hell out of it. Bothe are amphetamines. They just want people to stay fat so they can charge for other medical expenses associated with poor health.Fen - Phen wasn’t that great of a weight loss med anyway. Not worth the risk thousands were affected…. approximately 30 percent of people who had taken the fen phen for up to 24 months had abnormal echocardiograms,…. Long term risk wasn’t worth it
Adderall is a bad weight loss med too at least it doesn’t destroy the heart valves like Fen-phen did ..….. phentermine is an atypical amphetamine not a true amphetamine like adderall and still not that great for long term weight lossAdderall Is just as bad and they prescribe the hell out of it. It sure worked for me when I was on it decades ago (for ADD not weight loss). I would go all day and forget to eat. Definitely not ideal for sure.Adderall is a bad weight loss med too at least it doesn’t destroy the heart valves like Fen-phen did ..….. phentermine is an atypical amphetamine not a true amphetamine like adderall and still not that great for long term weight loss

yeah, it’ll definitely make you pay attention ….. never took it, but it helped my son when he was littleIt sure worked for me when I was on it decades ago (for ADD not weight loss). I would go all day and forget to eat. Definitely not ideal for sure.
Realistically they should be good for a couple years. What is your comfort level when it comes to how long it might last in the freezer? I had a similar experience. Great at reducing my inflammation but no appetite suppression. It’s funny that I have a huge stockpile of it. But I plan to always use one of these meds to help control inflammation. Plus I can always stack something with it. But many people respond very well to Tirz. We’re all so unique in how we respond to the various meds, doses, frequencies, etc. Has she found anything that works for her?my opinion
tirz is not that good of a weight loss peptide. My wife is experiencing some reduction in inflammation but it's like it's not doing shit to reduce appetite.
I'm not buying any more.
I was just discussing with her, trying the cagri with the zepbound. We are reluctant to use any research stuff on her but she's narly lost a pound after 3 months of zep. People may say she hasn't reached the proper dose of zep but the zep is stopping up her system and we're actually delaying her weekly shots so she can get regular again.Has she found anything that works for her?
